Simply the best meat market in Colorado.Imagine the amazing meat markets in the 1960s: great guys behind the counter. Wonderful selection. Great service. Simply amazing that there is a place like this still. Remarkable. There need to be a sixth star for places like this.

Friendly staff. Lots of different types of meat. Beef, pork/sausage, salmon, duck, alligator etc. lots of condiments. Green chile. Frozen items. Small mom and pop shop.I got a rib eye ($28.99) and small green chile ($10.50) for a friend. Friend said rib eye was really good. Green chile was pretty good, it had quite a kick.

Finally got to check this shop out!! A lot of great cuts here it's such a relief getting every meat you need in one stop. They have it all from pork to rabbit meat! Really nice guys working in there too. Everyone said hello and asked how we were doing. Nice vibe inside and shopped without pressure. Definitely recommend for all your Italian dish needs and more.

Salmon!!They have a wonderful selection of meats, from traditional, buffalo, duck, and salmon! I'm so tired of farm-raised salmon from the grocery store. Get the real deal here!

This is an old school butcher shop with a great hardworking staff.My last visit I purchased two pounds of cubed stew meat and the meat quality was fantastic...and reasonably priced.Great cuts of meat, amazing sausage selection, poultry, and fish.Their hours are really great: 7 days a week .....that is old schoolHighly recommended

Old school perfection! We've rented a house a block from Oliver's for August. We've feasted on chicken, steak and sausages purchased from the terrific team at OMM. Love this place!

They have ground venison in the freezer. Top notch, great flavor and not to "gamey", but some--it is by definition game. I made a Texas red and it was phenomenal.

Always have loved Oliver's. This is my go to for good quality bones... for bone broth. Super nice and helpful people behind the counter. Great specialty items and fresh bread.

I always love getting fresh meat and this place has everything you're looking for at a great price. It's small so be prepared for that. The staff is extremely friendly and was helpful to answer my questions, which I had a lot of. I've never purchased ribs before and I wanted to make some for my cabin weekend. I think it's important for everyone to know, the ribs DO NOT contain the membranes that should be removed prior to cooking. I learned that the hard way when I spent 30 minutes trying to remove something that wasn't there. Haha we live and we learn.
