As a young couple this was our very first Bed & Breakfast experience and it could not have been any better! We loved every minute of it. The place itself is absolutely stunning, the rooms are different themes and the views are to DIE for! Every room has a balcony with a private hot tub and those views! A very special shoutout to the inn-keepers Monica and Tom. They were just so so so nice and made everything so comfortable for us. They are the nicest people you will ever meet! The breakfast was absolutely amazing, clean, simple and so so so delicious 10/10 recommend! We will definitely be back, especially for the 2 puppers Orion and Nixie

Colorado Springs was a bookend for our trip to Colorado. We landed there & spent the first and last night there while visiting in Guffy, Gunnison and Crested Butte. The first night we stayed at Best Western but the beds were so uncomfortable! So we canceled that return reservation and luckily found Old Town Guesthouse! What a delightful place! We got the Indian Paintbrush room on the 3rd floor with a waterbed and a jacuzzi outside the room on a private patio. The bed was super comfortable. The jacuzzi was perfect. They have a main dining room where you are served breakfast as well as bring in food for lunch or dinner. Boo went down for breakfast but I stayed in the room and they brought me a tray of breakfast! They have a fantastic basement full of games, pinball machine, pool table and a card table with sitting area and TV. We brought our Thai takeout there and enjoyed relaxing and playing there. They also have a spot on second floor stocked with sodas, coffee, teas, water and little supplies for everyday life. And they are dog friendly!!! This is one of the nicest most conscientious places we've ever stayed. Kudos to Kim and her brother for being such great hosts!

We booked for a weekend and the first thing we noticed was the amazing location! The building is not even a half a block from the Old Colorado City Main Street and it's an easy walk to everything you might want during your stay from restaurants to bars. But the location is not the most impressive part. This B&B is absolutely lovely. The inside is a nod to all sorts of history, with amazing art and antiques on display everywhere. The owners are lovely and have really thought of just about everything you might need to make your stay as comfortable as it can be.Each room has its own theme and the room we stayed in was lovely with a private hot tub and sitting area. This establishment is not just a place to sleep during your trip, it was definitely an entire benefit to the trip all together. We will absolutely be returning and look forward to our next visit!

My husband and I came here for our Anniversary and it was the most amazing experience. Close to shopping and dining. The room was so fantastic, spacious and perfect. They had everything g from wine glasses, wine opener to bath robes. We were greeted and shown around the place graciously. Amazing views from the African Orchid room as well. Can't wait to come back!!!

The staff was super friendly, they even had a little note that said happy anniversary in our room. and they were very helpful. The room was clean and the bed was amazing. The personal hot tub topped it all off. This place was worth every penny. Thank you so much for helping make our anniversary so wonderful.

This place was AMAZING! My boyfriend and I made a day trip to CO springs from Denver and was looking for a place to stay. I am so glad I stumbled upon this bed and breakfast. I didn't know what to expect as I have never been to a B&B before, but my expectations were blown away! Some highlights in my opinion: - Kim and Dave are wonderful hosts. Extremely thoughtful!- They are taking extra precautions for Covid and keeping everything sparkling clean.- The amenities are rare to find in any standard hotel/AirBnb/Motel. A few to list are a private hot tub on the balcony and a waterbed.-The breakfast in the morning was amazing!

What an amazing place to stay at. Staff were extremely friendly! The view of the mountains from our balcony was so beautiful while soaking in the hot tub! Will definitely return here again.

We absolutely loved our time here. From the lovely room, the thoughtfully prepared treats for our anniversary, and the delicious breakfast we felt pampered and cared for the entire time. Monica and Tom are the sweetest people. They truly care about all of their guests and pay attention to all of the details. Thank you so much for making our anniversary truly special. We will definitely be staying here again and have recommended it to numerous people.
