I had a great experience here! I was greeted by Noah when I came in. He showed me what I was looking for and they also price matched the item I purchased. I saw employees throughout the store while I shopping. Someone else helped me ( I didn't get his name!) but he had an awesome beard if that helps LOL Noah was also the cashier and was very polite

I wouldn't give them 1 star!! WARNING DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I was in OfficeMax 3 times today to make 50 copies for MY BUSINESS the first 2 times I waited a MINIMUM of 20-40 mins where I walked out WITHOUT copies twice! Since I was from out of town and this was the closest one to where I was working I went back for a third time. Third time was definitely not a charm!!!! There were several employees again and 1 customer after 15 min I sat on a shelve. Another 15 minutes and a customer walked in for a pick up and they helped her immediately. I was told to e mail the file which I did, then was told they didn't get it. I emailed it again and more customers walked in and were helped I sat down on a shelve. I finally got up asked another employee where I could get copies and asked about the UPS store where the employee told me no it closed st 6. The 2nd clerk now decides to help another customer at the register. I finally loose my temper and the lady clerk wants to try to get into an argument. Then they couldn't decide how much it would be. Seriously isn't this THEIR business!!!!Horrible horrible horrible service!

Super friendly and helpful employees! We were greeted immediately upon walking in, and one guy took us to the aisle we needed. Two more staff members offered their help within 3 minutes of each other. For a big-box store, they actually seem to care! They also have perks if you buy printer cartridges (iTunes or Starbucks giftcards, free paper, etc), but I'd rather just see cheaper-priced cartridges.Only downside is I think I've been in 3 times recently, and each time I've had to wait about 1-2 minutes for a cashier to open up a register.

My wife walked up to the counter where an employee was standing and leaning against a counter not working. We needed to make 10 copies - 5 copies of each of 2 separate files. We asked for help and the girl simply said "no, it will be 3 days because there are 8 orders ahead of you!" This employee would not so much as take the thumb drive and look at the document to see what we needed. She was not working on any of the supposed orders ahead of us!! Why is this sort of customer service accepted at your store?? This is completely unacceptable!!!

I usually go to the Officemax off of Cheyenne Mountain that is next to Target. I like this one a lot better! I was only asked once if I needed any help and employees did not bug me as much as the ones at the other OfficeMax. It felt like walking into a Best Buy there! End caps have a lot of great clearance items and they really are sale items. Seems like there's a larger selection of items here and more to choose from. No complaints and I'll be coming to this location more often!

I had bought the wrong ink (my fault clearly) and I went to go see if I could exchange it for the correct one, my receipt had expired by 3 days (my fault again) but the ink wasn't opened or anything so I thought they would let me just exchange it, but the manager refused to let me. The other employee was willing to help me but the manager came over and was super rude to me and stated "well that's your fault you bought the wrong ink" and "your receipt is long expired". I was so surprised by her attitude towards me. I ended up just walking away and I will never go back to that store. I work in customer service myself and I would never tell a customer "well it's your fault". Even if she would have been nicer about it I wouldn't be writing this review. I mean yes it was my fault I didn't exchange the ink sooner but I would've liked to been approached differently.

I have been to Office Max 3 times for copying needs for my daughters wedding. The staff members were incredible !!! They went out if their way to help me, helped me with choices.
