I've been going to OEM Parts for years. They most likely have what you need, but you might have to dig around for it. I needed some 20 pin IDC connectors, and indeed, they had them, but it took about 10 minutes of digging through the trays of parts to find them. The problem is that they have SO MUCH stuff. It's pretty well organized, too, but there is just too much to be "gently displayed," so it's all in bags which are in long skinny boxes side by side on innumerable shelves. All the workers are very helpful and know where things are. Just ask and they'll point you in the right direction.I agree with Henry B. that OEM is a "godsend." It is my go-to place when I need something today, and can't order it online.

Unfortunately, 9 October 2020 was their last day open to the public. Colorado Springs is now a parts desert for folks working or playing with electronics, or electromechanical Maker stuff. It was fun while it lasted. I wish I'd had a couple more days to stock up on what I wanted for future tinkering.

I love this place, the smell of vintage electronics. I spend a couple of hours in there every time I go. They have stuff you can't find anywhere else. Sometimes the prices seem a bit high and sometimes they seem reasonable, It must be different people doing the pricing. If you see a price that you think is too high, ask them if they will come down. Not a lot of people know about this place and that's kind of sad. (JMO)

I'm all for supporting the local stores, but when they over price me for some used and surplus parts, I will go online and order my new parts. OEM used to be a good and cost effective place to go.
