Nuevo Vallarta

This is an adorable wonderful find! The staff was friendly and eager to be of service. The variety behind the bar was amazing. The food was very tasty. I would definitely return if in the area again, but I would ask for the guacamole to be made with jalapenos. The manager checked with us and he mentioned that they would be happy to make it more mild for me. The restaurant is quite close to many ski areas so I am certain that during prime ski season the place will be hopping! Today it was somewhat quiet as ski season is barely starting. A very quiet and relaxing place to eat. Definitely a highly recommended stop in Colorado!

This place was great! We came in wanting casual Mexican food and did not disappoint. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by someone excited to see us. Free chips, salsa and refried beans which were solid. My SO got a burrito and I got the large combo meal with enchilada and chalupa. SO MUCH FOOD FOR GOOD PRICE. We both got the original margs and great value for cost. You get a shaker full of marg (~3 glasses) and we're solidly poured. Overall, this was exactly what I was looking for and great spot for causal Mexican food!

First time trying this place! Super excited. The salsa was a little spicy, but the bean dip was so yummy! I got number 23 bc it was like a sampler of everything on the combo plate. Both dishes were fabulous!

Great place for Mexican food. Has all your favorites-extensive menu. The service is great and friendly folks here. We had lunch outside on the patio and had a dog with us. The Fajitas are delicious and there's a lot that comes with it including guacamole, sour cream, pico, etc. There is inside dining too and lots of seating available. Good parking available in the lot. I'll be back!

Andrea and I were not sure what was on our pallet. I was going for a burrito and Andrea looked lost looking at the menu. I made the executive decision to split something from a picture on the menu...Seafood Molcajete! Wonderful spice and flavors. I added a roasted jalapeño. Juan was spot on with his recommendation. I score a 8.0878 ! Andrea said "we're getting that again"!

The only good thing about Nuevo Vallarta was our server, Juan. The margarita's, salsa's and food were awful!!!! I'm a native of Colorado and have ate at Mexican restaurants my whole life. This restaurant has to be the worse I've ever been to. Disappointed!

: Celebrated a friend's birthday at this gem known for its authentic Mexican home-cooked meals, and the experience was fantastic. The staff outdid themselves, incorporating our birthday surprises seamlessly, including a heartfelt rendition of a Spanish birthday song and engaging coffee spoon and mug tricks that added a playful flair to the festivities. The only small note I'd mention is that the chicken was just a touch on the dry side.

Wonderful service and really tasty food. The portions are very generous. They delivered complementary salsa AND bean dip with the chips. The ala carte chicken burrito was very good! The shredded chicken with the red sauce was delicious.The price of my meal was under $13! I highly recommend this wonderful gem!

Ordered take out and was disappointed. The beef burrito was a soggy flour tortilla with salty ground beef and side of days-old guac, tomatoes and sour cream. Definitely not worth the price. I also ordered a side of refried beans (no rice) and got rice and beans. Not what I ordered, and not worth the cost. I typically like this place, but may do Chipotle in the future for better flavor and quality burrito for less cost. Side note, considered going the other day into the restaurant for a nice patio dinner. However, walking towards the door there was such an overwhelming odor of sewer gas that we immediately left.
