My wife eats gluten free and they had some really good options. I tasted a few of them and couldn't tell they were gluten free. Very tasty.

The Best Gluten Free, Dairy Free desserts that I have ever had! Absolutely love the cinnamon rolls, chocolate cake, and chocolate tart! The crust on the pumpkin pie was delicious! We also got a sample of the potato dumplings which were Soo good!

Stopped by this non-dairy spot per my bf's aunt's recommendation. So. Good. We were blown away by how delicious their baked goods tasted, especially given how vast their options were.ITALIAN MOZZARELLA PRETZEL: Very peppery with light mozzarella flavor baked into the pretzel. I think this would be really good with cheese dip.CHEDDAR JALAPEÑO PRETZEL: Can definitely taste the jalapeño! The cheddar adds a nice savory bite. More starchy than the Italian mozzarella but still tasty. Owners were super nice and offered us samples of their pretzels, cakes, and bread rolls after learning it was our first time visiting. Definitely won us over on their bread rolls-- SUPER fresh and buttery. Their cakes were wonderfully moist and not too sweet. We grabbed a few more items on our way back to share with my bf's family. Would highly recommend.

I came here because I am allergic to gluten, dairy, egg whites, and peanuts. There was only one thing I couldn't have in the whole place! The staff was so kind as soon as I walked in, offering us samples and answering questions. I got three mini cakes: red velvet, confetti cake, and chocolate cake. Plus, a mint chocolate wham wham. Everything was amazing! I will be returning very soon to try more delicious things

Incredible gluten free options and the staff are beyond friendly and accommodating. I always enjoy my trips to No Cow. 5 stars all a round for this locally owned business.

I love this place. It's not 100% vegan, (only 99%), but what a great option! Their hours are limited, (They're closed Monday, Tuesday and Friday), but they serve up good product that is cruelty free. We loved everything we tried, and they were very open with the samples. If you have food allergies, or you just avoid animal products, this place is for you. There are some things they sell that have egg in them, but everything is very well labeled, so you will know before you buy. Besides, just ask, and they will tell you. They seem very knowledgable about their craft.

Found No Cow Bakery this weekend after a morning workout at Miller Park and couldn't be more impressed. Looking for some gluten free options and this place had them in abundance. Off Wilcox Street in downtown Castle Rock, this small hole in the wall establishment was a delight. They gave us a sample plate with multiple options that whetted our appetite. We ordered the Chocolate Chip Monkey Bread, Lemon Blueberry Muffin, and Orange Glazed Poppyseed. All three were warm, moist, and delicious. The owner Arthur came out and spent 10-15 minutes with us, sharing his history and background. Loved the variety of menu options, the staff was friendly and helpful. We definitely will be back and make this part of our regular rhythm.

I bought a gluten-free cupcake to try the bakery out. It was absolutely delicious and I got a percentage off of my next purchase. The shop is very charming, with clothing items and trinkets that you can buy.

This is a must if you are GF, celiac. Also non dairy options. The very best customer service, he gave us so many samples and everything was amazing. We left with lots of different sweet and savory goodies. Well worth the trip, will be back soon.

Rave reviews when we have brought home baked goods to friends/ family with various food allergies and celiacs. They also made a cake for my daughter's Birthday that was AMAZING! Very friendly staff and the bakery itself has such a warm, inviting feel. Love not having to worry about allergies and cross contamination. Love this small business in Castle Rock.
