Totally did not expect such delicious Indian food to be right around the corner from our Royal Gorge Railroad adventure. My partner and I walked over after our train ride to explore Canon City, impressed by the food and beverage selection on the menu that accommodates all sorts of dietary restrictions. Customer service was fast and friendly.I ordered the Lamb Rogan Josh, which is how I calibrate Indian restaurants I'm trying for the first time. Got a side of Garlic Cheese Naan because I was really craving something cheesy. My partner got Saag Paneer. Everything tasted incredible - some of the best Indian food I've had in Colorado. Would go out of my way to come here again, back to paradise!

First experience was amazing!! We were there to celebrate my mom's birthday & the stunning atmosphere added to the experience. I really loved the mixture of modern & rustic decor with the original brick. We were seated immediately & provided menus. My go to dishes are always Chicken Tikka Masala, medium spice & Muttar Paneer also medium. We ordered garlic & plain naan as well. My mom opted for Chicken Tikka Masala, mild. The portion was slightly less than my normal location in the Springs, but it reasonably priced taking that into account. Everything tasted quite delightful. The flavors were all forefront & the spice was good. I would have preferred the naan had been slightly less crisp. I enjoy the crispy "bottom", but like a slightly puffier top. Overall we had a great meal & great experience in a beautiful setting! Keep it up, I can't wait to come back!!!

Amazing Indian cuisine in a chill atmosphere. Great drinks and beers on tap. Reasonably priced and good sized portions. I had the lamb vindaloo and wife had the lamb korma. Both were excellent. Served with jasmine rice and don't forget to add an order of naan bread.

This place has been a mainstay in our diets since it has opened and it has never let us down. Nirvana continues to be the best and freshest. You can always guarantee a walking tour to be playing above the bar and it's fun to try to guess the city. The cocktail menus is creative and the enter items are substantial. Very clean and very friendly. If you ever get takeout it's always thoughtfully packed. Don't skip the butter chicken and you can't miss with the saag dishes.

We are traveling from Utah and decided to try some Indian food, which we really like. This place was good, it's hard because back in our town we have an amazing Indian restaurant RED FORT, this didn't match it but it was delicious. We started with the veggie momos which were ok, but that sauce was amazing! We had the butter chicken and saag paneer, the butter chicken had a layer of fat floating on top, not a bad thing but just too much. Saag was good, the best was their naan, it was hot, thin and crispy, oh so good for dipping in the gravy. The rice was so yummy as well. The service was great and the ambiance was very unique for an Indian restaurant. It must have been a saloon or bar at one time.

Fabulous choice for dinner, courtesy of Yelp. Loved the interior of this place - all the varied seating options, the modern, almost industrial vibes and the rich colors, both in the food and in the decor. Love. And speaking of the food - everything we had was rich in flavor. Spice levels were great and the variety of foods was incredible. Pair with with the waitstaff, you've got a home run. Service was great. Everyone we spoke with was friendly and casual. You'd never know we were from out of town, everyone was so kind. Love, love, love. If you're hungry and nearby, this is a slam dunk. Go.

Outstanding meal.Look, if you just look at the outside of the building and make your decision based on that, you are missing out. The exterior is plain and a bit off-putting, but like an oyster, the pearl is on the inside. The inside space is large, open, and beautiful. We had chicken momo, chicken tikka masala, channa masala, a mixed grill of chicken, shrimp, and salmon, and of course lots of naan. It was all excellent and we all ate too much. Even our picky kids found plenty to love.We can also vouch for the cocktails. The whisky ginger drink was a perfect fit with dinner.

This restaurant has a very nice atmosphere, and also a long bar if you are dining alone or just want to make it more casual. The service was good, too.But the food was mediocre at best, though. We tried all kinds different dishes. My mom had a lamb dish that was overly salty and the lamb was chewy. She sent it back.My lentil soup didn't have much flavor. The chicken biryani was eh. The waiter said it was gluten-free, but I'm not sure it was. I was bloated after the meal. The one thing I did like was the mint sauce that came with the papadom. In fact, I asked for seconds of the mint sauce.I wouldn't see much reason to come back, unless I was just getting a drink at the bar.We were not impressed with their Indian food.

Never going back. Twenty dollars for a plate of rice. Supposed to be a vegetarian dish with mushrooms, peppers, raisins and more. Served a teaspoonful of veggies with over spiced Basmati rice. With tip, $25 bucks for thirty cents worth of rice. Post-industrial atmosphere didn't add to experience. Small town Colorado ain't NYC and even there you at least get decent food. Go elsewhere
