They have a huge selection of almost anything you need. The staff is always happy to help you if you need anything. I still occasionally get orders delivered and they are prompt and correct.

Like this place a lot. Giving 5 stars because previous reviewer(s) don't understand how the business works nowadays with allocated and rare items. There's a finite supply of rare whiskies or ultra premium wines, and the laws of supply and demand apply. Prices and selection at Newton are very good for an area like Colorado Springs.

I have been going here for awhile and I have to stay the customer service is always bad. They never greet people or ask them if they are looking for something or provide any recommendations. I have come here several times to buy gifts for people and myself and I was told certain bottles won't even hit the shelf and they sell them to their customers who they know and spend money on high end products. Prices can be pricey too. Not good customer service at all and how will they establish new customer base if they only sell them to their friends.Many other people told me the same thing that they stopped coming here because they never had a chance on getting something they really want and the staff is not friendly. You ask a question and they make you feel that you are bothering them.

Not the cheapest place in town, but not the most expensive either. I do agree that a lot of stuff never seems to hit the shelves. I often go elsewhere for that reason and the prices, but they do in a pinch if you don't have time to head in to the Springs. People that work there seemed nice to me so I can't agree that it's bad customer service. Just seems that their business model only caters to the few.
