Nacho's Restaurant

The wait staff is always horrible. I have no idea why I ever return. However this time was just gross. The wait staff brought chips guacamole and salsa. She spilled the salsa because she was speaking to another employee. Continues that conversation. Then tore part of the paper from the chip basket that was soaked with salsa. Added the dirty paper in the middle of the salsa spill. Left and returned with a towel to clean. Stood the salsa cup back up with just a smear of salsa inside and salsa all over the outside and left. When she came by my friend asked what she planned on doing with that empty cup of salsa, the wait staff said "what would you like me to do?" WOW! When my friend finished placing food from her plate in a to go container, the wait staff returned with a bag, picked up the salsa cup, placed it in the middle of her plate which was still in front of her while she still had utensils in her hand. Wow! I can't say I have ever had such gross service. Wait staff is generally rude and lazy, but this was just too much. There is a kitchen tip added prior to the customer tipping. When you pay that kitchen tip is added, then the wait staff asked for another tip when paying. I am all about tipping, no problem. I am a great tipper. But the food wasn't very good this time below average was below average.

We were traveling back to Denver from Albuquerque and a friend suggested we stop in for lunch at Nachos. It was a little early for lunch. They would only serve breakfast. I was really looking forward to trying their fried tacos, but they will only allow you to order them to go, not for dine in. Explain that one to me. We ordered drinks and some chips and salsa. They are still serving everything as they would in 2020. Individual bowls of salsa for each person so you don't share, packets of ketchup, salt and pepper and everyone is still wearing a mask. I ordered a basic breakfast with eggs, hash browns and sausage. The sausage tasted like it was previously cooked and then reheated. The eggs were cooked exactly right. The hash browns were a little burned and dry. I added ketchup, but that didn't help it taste much better. Everyone else got Mexican dishes with green chile. i tried the chile and it was really good. Before we left I ordered a 'pack' of deep fried beef tacos to go. They traveled well to Denver where I reheated one in the microwave for 30 seconds and it was AMAZING. I really wish i could have gotten that for breakfast in the first place. But they were honestly so good that we are talking about making a trip down to Pueblo just to get the fried tacos and try different variations of them.

Googled a nearby resto as we were very hungry. We had skipped breakfast and it was already 3pm. Found Nacho's because they had a picture of a pancake meal in online. Was disappointed they didn't serve it anymore. But the food and the service more than made up for the change in their post pandemic menu. We ordered Nachos Ultimate Burrito, Chorizo and eggs breakfast plate, extra order of chips, salsa and guacamole. We ended up ordering their fried ice cream too. All yummy! Shoutout to Christopher, who served our food fast and whose friendly attitude made our first time at Nachos more enjoyable.

I highly recommend Nacho's Restaurant in Pueblo. The owner Martin is very nice, as is the host Chris and all of the staff. Very clean and nicely decorated inside. The nacho chips and salsa were fantastic, the burrito trios were incredible, and Chris makes a great frozen strawberry margarita! One of the best meals I have ever had! Visit Nacho's for a great meal, I promise you'll love it!

3.5 stars. I will preface this by saying that I'm from southern California and have spent a better part of the last 2 years eating delicious Mexican food. These guys are open in this pandemic. Seating is spread out. They ask that you look at the menu online (website has been displayed or you can use the QR code the server gives you). The servers were very sweet and helpful.My friend and I got nachos with dip to share, I got the Favorite of the Day fried tacos and my friend got the enchiladas, both with chicken and chorizo. While I thought the dip may have been slightly burnt, my friend thought was the nachos. The salsa was delicious. Overall the plate was big and easily shared between us. My tacos were honestly more fried than I expected. I only managed to finish one taco and ended up taking the other home. The tacos came with salad, cheese, gaucomole and sour cream. I liked the chorizo more than the chicken. The additions were all nice. My friend liked her enchiladas and said the same thing - preferred the chorizo over the chicken. Her plate came with beans and rice which were good. Overall, it is a decent place. Didn't wow me in terms of flavor.

Pretty good! I had the fried beef tacos native to California but lived in Colorado all my life. Mexican food was really fast and fast service. Decent price about 15 dollars a plate depending on what you order.

I was impressed with the food, service and pricing. I will be back. The atmosphere was OK and it was a bit warm but overall good experience.

I've eaten food from Nachos previously at catered events and was not too impressed. A friend took me there this afternoon for an early dinner and I was pleasantly surprised. The booth padding was getting old, but the restaurant was clean (including the restroom) and service was efficient. The margarita was acceptable (better than just okay), and our food was fresh and hot. I hadn't eaten a slopper for quite a while, so I decided to try theirs. Although the burger itself was a bit dry, the mild green chile I ordered was very tasty and had the perfect minimum spiciness for my taste. The fries were fresh and smothered in the chile as ordered. All in all I was pretty impressed . . . impressed enough that I'll be returning.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! My mother called to make a reservation for a large party for my birthday and received the worst service I've seen in a long time and I live in LA! Almost refused us, mentioned their closing time which was almost 1hr and 45mins ahead of closing. When we arrived there was no one at the hostess stand and actually the hostess and waitress were leaving out the front door for what looked like a smoke break. The restaurant was pretty empty and we arrived early for our 7pm reservation. I grew up here in Pueblo and Nachos was always a staple for my family but the last few times we have attempted to eat there have been truly awful. Maybe get new hostess and server who actually want to be there.

I have lov Nachos for 30 years. My kids always have us come here when they are in town. I especially love their salsa! Their service is wonderful. Keep up the good work!
