This Pollo Asado (Barbecue chicken) is incredible . This is one of the cleanest food trucks I've ever seen , the salsa is good the tortillas are good. The beans are Mexican style beans made from scratch (not from a can ). The rice is homemade (really good).Get lots of napkins,Better yet wash your hands before you eat . That way you can lick your fingers, IT'S THAT GOOD.

This place is very authentic and delicious!! Love going after a long day at work to pick up a quick dinner for the family!

Best pollo asado I've ever had in Colorado everything was very fresh and homemade. Cleanest food truck I've ever seen as well. Beans and Rice included are fresh and delicious.

le reclame ala esposa del dueño que no dan el pollo completo y apesar de eso los recomende con mis amistades y ahora me blockearon mi teléfono por pedirles que no me dieran del el pollo de ayer por que eso es lo que asen pollo seco y con sabor a recalentado soy una compañía pequeña,pero eso no se ase mi gente allí se las dejo asu criterio el señor es un caballero pero la señora con todo respeto les está dando pollo del día anterior y todavía te dise si quieres y si no el siguiente cliente lo agarra y no le disen nada allí después les recomien un lugar en Denver que si dan el pollo completo sin ponerle chiles y sebollas pata que se vea el pollo entero

Terrible chicken, yeah there service is fast talking about will "be ready in 10 min" of course because they just reheating it from the day before, dry and not tender at all definitely not fresh. Rice was terrible not cooked fully first mouthful and felt the pieces of uncooked rice. if you want some real chicken go to Luna market they have the good chicken this place was nasty only reason I got it because lunas market was sold out.

Pollos Asados al Carbon Estillo Sinaloa. Flat out delicious. Get a whole chicken combo for about $26. Easily feeds a family of four with the best roasted chicken you'll ever have. Marinated in citrus and spices and grilled over charcoal. Sabrosa.

this food truck has the best tasting chicken! you really get your moneys worth! I love the grilled onion and pepper as well, with the fresh rice and beans! Everyone needs to try this place out. they catered fire Home Depot last year and gave us more than enough food to feed everyone! This is a Top notch food truck!

THE BEST. Their chicken is super juicy and flavorful. Get the full plate and a bottled sprite. Comes with sides , salsas, jalapeños and tortillas. Super good! They do only take $$$ though
