The hot chocolate was amazing. Homemade hot chocolate AND cool whip. The guy was super nice, we ended up having to wait a few minutes before being helped and he ended up giving us one for free due to the inconvenience. The cookies were also super yummy. We ordered 2 cookies and got a free bag of cookies to go as well. Everything is a little on the pricey side, but well worth the visit.

I like everything about this shop that reminds me of the holidays :) I seriously think Santa order his cookies and hot chocolate from this place lol. My girlfriend and I went to to this place to check it out because our group of friends were busy shopping on different stores. They have 2 back 2 back stores (hot chocolate and cookies), which is great while walking around in this cold weather. Their customer service is pretty good cause they started with a great smile when they welcomed us. I ordered their dark hot coco, which is wow thats sooo good :) The sweetness is a little bit overpowering, but I did expect a liquidized candy in my tastebud haha. They put whip creams like theres not timorrow so damn thats potent! My girlfriend on the otherhand ordered their smores, which is I say better than the dark coco for sure cause of its unique outdoorsy flavor. You can really taste the burnt smores in your mouth.. its amazing! At their next door stores, they sell cookies, but we want quantity this time around so we picked on the one-day old rack of cookies. Still amazing and have bundled discounted prices, which is helpful so no cookies were left behind lol. They have a buy 2 packs and get one free that we took it on the road to the airport. Overall, I would go here again when I'm in this small town.. one of the bright spots in Brekenridge fosho :)

I don't know what it is about this place but this is the best hot chocolate that I've had. I've come here twice. The first time I got a Smores Hot Chocolate and the second time I got a Chocolate Strawberry Hot Chocolate. I don't even usually like hot chocolate that much but this place makes it perfectly smooth and creamy without making it too thick. The mini marshmallows and whipped cream that they add to the top is heaven. It is more on the pricey side but 100% worth it. I think the only downside to this place is that it is a take out only since it's too small to seat anyone.

During our first visit to Breckenridge, my husband and I decided to try Mountain Top Hot Chocolate shop. We opted for the S'more Hot Chocolate with caramel drizzle, and it was a delightful treat. The hot chocolate was delicious and served at just the right temperature. However, one downside is the lack of seating. It's a grab-and-go place, so be prepared to enjoy your drink elsewhere. Despite this, it's definitely worth a visit for a warm, tasty beverage.

When you're craving sweets and in Keystone, the Mountain Top Cookie Shop is a must. Coming from A cookie lover it hits the spot.They offer a nice selection of cookies to choose from. From classic chocolate chip or custom cookie sandwiches stuffed with cookie dough, you'll find a cookie for you. The cookies are moist, sweet, and generously sized. I went with a s'more's cookie and needless to say it was amazing. I also tried the cookie sandwiches. After eating a few stuffed cookie sandwiches I began to lose the notion of time and space. So be careful to not get overzealous and get a sugar coma! You expect higher prices when it comes to gourmet cookies but Mountain top cookie prices are perfectly priced. With any cookie purchase, you get a free cup of coffee or water bottle! This is a sweet deal because the cookies start at $3.99. If you have a crowd then the (buy 6 Get 2 free) is a great option. On a budget then check out the clearance rack. A bag of day-old cookies cost $3.99! If you buy 2 bags you get a bag free! Which is what I did and even for being a day old they still hit the spot!The staff is friendly and they are taking covid measures to keep other customers safe. Only one party is allowed in at a time!Overall this is a cute little shop with delicious cookies that will satisfy any Sweets tooth.

On our trip to Colorado, we always like to stop in at the Mountain Top Cookie Shop in Breckenridge! The small little cookie shop has a lot to offer and are my favorite cookies, plus they are cream filled! The peanut butter cream filled is to die for!The last time we were here I bought $30 worth of cream filled cookies, ranging from, shortbread raspberry filled cookies, chocolate-chocolate chunk with chocolate buttercream filled cookies and many more! If you purchase 6 you get 2 free! I accidentally left them on the airplane on my way home, I was super bummed!

Popped in this little shop on our way out of River Run Village - mainly because I was insanely thirsty and noticed their sign out front stating a free bottle of water was offered when purchasing a cookie! So I figured "why not" and went inside.First of all, if you like cookies, you'll LOVE this place - as the entire case is filled to the brim with fresh made cookies, daily! There were so many different choices, I had a hard time picking out what would satisfy my sweet tooth! I settled on the "Salted Caramel" cookie, which was perfectly balanced between salty and sweet. My husband chose the "white chocolate macadamia nut", which was sweet and hit the spot.Now if you're not feeling water, you can get a free coffee instead - by simply buying a cookie. Three pack's are available for a great deal along with the most delicious looking sandwich cookies - think ice cream or frosting shoved between two cookies! mmmmm!When back in Keystone, I'll make a stop here, and so should you!

The cookies are pricey but I guess that's to be expected in a ski resort village. They are legit though!They have day-old cookie packs for $3.50 (each pack has either 3 cookies -or- 2 cookie sandwiches). Microwave the day-old cookies and they will taste like fresh cookies!The chocolate chip cookie and oatmeal raisin cookie are delicious. The pumpkin almond cookie was not as sweet, so I personally didn't like it as much.

Definitely worth the stop! Yummy cookies and a more reasonable price than I was expecting. Took off a star because the worker was absolutely miserable

Got there a little after they closed and to my surprise, they left mini cookie bags that were left over from the day! Really great gesture by MTC. Will recommend to friends/family as a great cookie store with values!
