Mountain Phoenix Coffee Shop

we often come down from copper mtn for biking & riding monarch, and are so stoked to have found this coffee shop. we love it all, especially the barista we had both days- i didnt get their name but they have short hair & were one day wearing a dangly tomato earring. hope that helps, lol. they make perfect, perfect drinks & have a lovely personality. also lots of cool art, plants & locally made jewelry. thanks for making our journey more joyous

Before heading back to Denver to catch a flight, my daughter and I stopped here to grab some morning drinks.I ordered a spicy ice chai tea latte and my daughter ordered a hot chocolate. The spicy chai tea latte was really good but it tasted watered down. My daughter's hot chocolate was good.The barista was super nice and answered my questions. I would come back here again if I'm in the area in the future.

We stopped here on the ride back to Denver and the ladies inside were so nice and my drink was awesome! I got an iced white chocolate mocha with caramel, 3 espresso shots, and almond milk. So good! The service was fast and the barista was helpful in making my decision of what to order. I would definitely stop in again!

Stopped in after a run, groovy/chill ambience.Americano hit the spot, and appreciated the barista's suggestion on the Vanilla latte.But for a caffeine-starved wife, I would have stayed and enjoyed the photos for sale there.

Great for a quick stop for coffee and light breakfast- we got a pumpkin spice latte and a red eye coffee - both were exceptional- the spinach feta croissant was delicious - the blueberry peach scone was superb- if your passing through Salina - check this hot coffee place out!

Delicious espresso and cold brew! Seriously exceeded expectations. And there was only one barista and she was super fast and efficient AND somehow very friendly and patient. Highly recommend!

The best coffee beans and beans he service is excellant. I can't buy coffee from retail stores because I'm addicted to this fresh new delightful coffee beans. Several different roasts and flavors.

I bought some Sumatra at a shop in Salida. The only thing I'll say is it wasn't bitter. There was no real flavor to it. I ground my own, brewed with a french press & tried a variety of strengths. I was Disappointed & would not recommend it at $14 per 12 oz. Good luck

We stopped by this coffee shop and we found the coffee to be great. We were a little hesitant because there hadn't been any reviews for over a year, but we took a chance and we're glad we did. My husband had a cappuccino and I had a Mexican mocha. They were both delicious. They also serve pastries and breakfast burritos but we didn't have any food.
