Mountain Cellars

I just popped in to grab some local beers. I was immediately greeted by the knowledgable clerk. I explained my wants, and within minutes, I had a cart full of new beers to try. The guy was great, and could not have been more helpful.The store seemed fairly large, but I never made it past the beer section. Prices weren't bad either. I'll definitely stop here again when I'm in the area.

Drawn here by the name, exterior from afar, and proximity to the store we had stopped at, we dropped in to grab a decent cab sav for later at the AirBNB. I'm just going to say "skip this place", and here's some reasons:- Small, cramped, not great lighting - Gangster rap playing a bit loudly on the speakers - Clerk brandishing a pistol on his belt - Poster showing a colorfully named "Scumbag Thief" to be on the lookout for - Finally and possibly the worst, I've seen convenience stores with better cab sav selections I will say that it was at least clean, and Pistol Pete checked us out with a smile.

The staff at this liquor store is very friendly and willing to help out when you walk into the store. I felt welcomed when I shopped in the store. The employees respected my wishes and left me alone after I let them that I wanted to browse since this is my 1st time visiting. I took my time looking around the store before I made my purchase.This store has a decent selection of local beers and most of them are located against the right side of the store as you walk in. Please note that this is one of the smaller liquor stores and the selection will be slightly limited, which I was slightly disappointed in. My only request and feedback for the store is to add more gluten-free beers in their "create your own 6-pack" section. I enjoyed my purchase, but it would have been nice to purchase only a can or bottle of what I was looking for instead buying an entire 4-pack.

This is my go-to liquor place, but today's service was noticeably unfriendly. The check out staff needs to take some shooters and lighten up.

Place has a great selection of everything you would want. Nate was super helpful & helped me with suggesting new things i'd like.

Nate is the man! There is not a better liquor store in Colorado Springs. We stopped here on our way to the Broadmoor and Nate found us exactly what we needed.
