Moss Denver

We went to a wedding this weekend and I am impressed. The industrial chic, all hard surfaces spaces are not my personal style, but I appreciated the aesthetic and the event was lovely. I am not sure if the caterers were brought in, but the staff and catering team worked seamlessly and the entire event, from start to finish, was done to perfection. The space has two areas - the wedding ceremony and cocktails were in the first space - the dinner in the second. Then cupcakes and dancing in the original space. Very well designed for easy flow and easy to navigate. The chairs were surprisingly comfortable - we're a tad older, so appreciate these things. Nice folding wooden chairs with cushions. They have a little lounge, much softer and warmer space, nice for taking a break or I saw some little ones in there occasionally taking a moment to chill. The bathrooms were nice - though instead of gendered I wish they'd modernize and have gender neutral. Saw a few folks waiting for the one accessible bathroom - it's 2022! Time to get with the times y'all!The only thing I wasn't fond of is the echoing loud music. That's a DJ issue too - but if you're thinking of doing an event here, especially a wedding, be mindful of the noise. Dancing was way too loud for a lot of us - which is sad and not necessary. Overall though - five full stars. Lovely space, excellent staff, caterer was good (again, not sure if they're affiliated), ambiance was inviting and entire evening was great.

As a local Denver wedding photographer, I have been to many venues and Moss is one of my favorites to shoot at. Not only is the space stunning, but they have the best staff! Every person I have interacted with there has been extremely polite and kind to me and to other guests. The inside of the venue is beautiful with polished concrete floors, a moss wall, multiple chandeliers and high ceilings. I would highly recommend this venue to any bride and groom looking for a beautiful venue with a phenomenal staff.

This venue is incredible. Pretty soon it will be booked up a year in advance, it's just not totally "found" yet. If I were you I would reserve it while it's still a hidden gem! Anything from weddings, to business parties, to fundraiser banquets. They have an incredible florist in-house who does work with flowers you can only describe as art. Also one of the owners does all the metal work himself-- seriously impressive! I especially love the bar set up with the most unique water feature attached!I went to a fundraiser here tonight with a couple hundred people and we fir perfectly. I'm already scheming what event I could throw here!100% A+ 5 stars!

Simply the best! The venue is gorgeous and doesn't need much to make your reception look beautiful and dreamy. All of our guests adored Moss!

This is such a fun venue. My office holiday party was here - we have about 150 employees, so probably about 250-300 people attended. The space is totally unsuspecting from the outside. I live six blocks away and I had no idea it was there. It's divided into three sections: entryway and then two sides that are about the same size. It's got that whole upscale warehouse vibe (fountain built into the bar, for example) with original windows and exposed brick. The only thing I didn't like was that the restroom area was open - the toilets had doors, but the sinks and mirrors were completely open and unisex. (I'm a big fan of unisex restrooms, but with no mirrors inside the toilet stalls, it's tough to adjust your tights properly and inconspicuously while standing next to the dance floor!) Honestly, add curtains to the restroom area and it's a solid 5 stars!

Moss is a very cool venue. The theme is very unique in the area and clever details like the water feature bar and rotating wall panels really impressed me. It's a beautiful building too.

I just went to a wedding here two weeks ago and the place is super hip! Loved it and will consider it for a wedding in my future.

This place is awesome! Our son and his fiancé chose Moss for their wedding venue. It was a great place to celebrate this special day. They have all the basics (ample parking - a rarity for Denver, lots of space, lots of natural light, plenty of restrooms, very cool tables, very very cool bar and everything else you might need) and really great staff. This place should be high on anyone's list!

As a guest at the wedding, I can't speak to the inner workings, staff, or amenities I was impressed with the venue itself; while clearly a repurposed industrial site, it feels warm and inviting.

Moss Denver was the perfect place for my daughter's Sweet 16 party. All the work around it has been beautifully done. It's warm, modern, elegant and for our event was family friendly. My daughter immediately fell in love with the big chandelier at the main entrance and she knew it was the place for her. We are so happy that our event planner found it... The two rooms were perfect to balance the flow of guests. The staff was very accommodating and very helpful. We only have nice things to say about the place and the management. We appreciate everything they did for us since the planning until the big day.
