One photo shows what it's supposed to look like and the other is what it turned out

You get what you paid for? I paid $799 to be her model for the day and asked her which hair strokes will she be tattooing on me. She sent me a photo to show me and I agreed so I paid a non refundable $200 deposit towards my total to secure my spot. She was nice and sent lots of cute emojis. I thought she had a kind heart and while following her IG, I was in love with her skill. On my appointment day, she carefully mapped out the shape of my brows and I agreed. We never once talked about changing the hair strokes. After she was done tattooing my brows, she asked me what do I think? I wasn't happy, something looked off so I asked her if she could make it bigger. She said no and her students said it would make me look manly. I felt pressure to accept it, pay and walk away. Mosha was withholding information from me too. She said touch up was 1-2 years, $300. During my healing process, I did more research and kept comparing my hair strokes to the photo she sent me; they weren't the same. One month after the tattoo, I asked her if my brows will darken and sent a photo of my brows then she explained because my skin is oily, I will need a touch up soon for $300. At this point, I felt scammed and asked her if she could then at least give me the hair strokes like the one in the photo she sent me. She said yes during the touch up. I did more research and asked other PMU artists for their expertise about adding more hair strokes to achieve what looked similar to the photo Mosha sent me, an artist said because of the flow of the hairs, it will cross and the look I am trying to achieve cannot be replicated, it will have to be adjusted. I asked Mosha if that was true and if she could draw the strokes before tattooing it, why did she change the hair strokes without letting me know and what is her policy for unsatisfied customers. She responded with suggesting a refund and maybe she's NOT the right artist for me. She also admitted to changing the hair strokes stating that informing me was not necessary (noted in the declined demand letter) to notify me of any sudden changes to the style of brows because I was chosen as a model. I asked her to remove the hair strokes and give me what I paid for but she doesn't do tattoo removal and is still not complying with compensating to remove it. Instead, she suggested using the refund towards the tattoo removal. Where is the justification in that? She will take your money, make a mistake and have you pay for it. I hope this review will make her rethink about her care and honesty for her clients because I feel like chopped liver here. Two stars because I didn't get an infection, that would've been a big lawsuit. This is only based on my experience and I'm happy for everyone else who got great results from her, she is very talented.

I've reached out to this business over a handful of times in this past year, requesting an appointment and I've never gotten a response back. Not a very good business practice.
