Live thus place. When I was stationed at Peterson AFB, it was a habit of mine to stop on the way to the airport to grab a breakfast burrito for the flight out. It's been almost 20 years but Monica's Taco stand is still there. It's nice to find out the generous sized burrito remained the same. I went through the drive through so I can't comment on the service. Still, the burrito was delicious.

This place is about the same when it comes to chain fast food spots. The tacos weren't bad at all and the strawberry churros were yummy. If you're looking for a quick in and out place for tacos this is a good spot.

This is our favorite taco place in town. I especially love the fish taco. The carnitas and carne asada are also a worthy mention. They have a lot of choices for tacos as well as a bunch of other things on their menu. Their breakfast burrito is decent too. Overall we're always happy with our food here and often bring our friends when they visit.

No atmosphere. No problem. The breakfast burritos are excellent. One of the better places in COS for breakfast burritos.

Best breakfast burritos in town! I've been coming here for years and they never disappoint! The price is reasonable for the amount of food you get. They are fast, too, and the line may seem long, but it goes by quickly. The green chili is so amazing, make sure not to forget it!

This place was amazing!! Huge tacos packed full of delicious carne asada just like I ordered with pico de gallo & guacamole!! The beans & rice were amazing so authentic and unbelievably full of flavor, I can't say enough about it. I can't wait to go back. The drive thru service was fast & the guy was nice maybe next time I will sit in.

This place absolutely slaps! Wow. The tacos are nothing too special, which is misleading as the name of the place implies it's a taco shop, and it is, but this place absolutely shines on their burritos. The California Burrito is the closest I've found out here that reflects actual California Burritos. They use potatoes that are cubed instead of fries, but it is still quite good. (Wish they used fries)The Spicy Chicken Burrito is absolutely delicious. It is large and filling. Prices are comparable to other local spots. Another thing I absolutely recommend is their Green Chili and Pork. FLAVOR EXPLOSION! At $4 for 1/2 a pint it is pricey, but man is it superb. I suggest dipping your entree in that stuff and enjoy your momentary vacation to flavor paradise. (It's THAT good) Major umami moment.I've never been inside, but the drive thru moves quickly. Plenty of parking and a bit tough to navigate to because the parking area is odd and riddled with pot holes, but 100% worth a stop! Check it out guys.

As an Arizona resident and frequent California visitor, I indulge myself most frequently with Mexican food. I was hesitant to try this kind of food here in CO because of the reviews. Unfortunately, they seem to be quite accurate. I got the number one combo platter and my hubby got carne asada fries. My beef taco was very dry, and the beans had no flavor. Luckily the rice was pretty good, for me it was the star of the show. My husband said he did not care for the carne asada fries, couldn't finish his meal, jumped up and ran to the bathroom. LOL safe to say we would not eat here again.

I want to start with I've been to Monica's a handful of times and I've never had any issues. But this time I went and almost not edible. There was so much grease that came out of the bottom of the burrito that it completely ruined it.

Second time here and they've always given me someone else's order. No sense in going back or complaining. Don't go there and if you do.. check your food before your leave.
