I've been here twice over six years (clearly not a regular), but the service and experience are top notch. It's one of those places where the second time you go back it is as good as you remember. That's saying something. The check in process is super easy and the staff are friendly right away with smiles. Getting geared up comes next and your guide helps you find the right sizes and equipment. The guides here are all friendly and make the experience better. If you can, ask for Joe. He's awesome and made our trip super fun. We went on a two hour tour and after a brief shuttle ride to the start (maybe a 5 minute drive) we were up and running. We went through beautiful back country and saw dog sleds again. We saw some years ago and it's so cool. We had some time at an open play area where we could drive around as much as we wanted. We continued uphill to 11,000 feet and had a beautiful look out over Monarch mountain. We made our way back down and to the building again where that had free hot cocoa and a fireplace going to warm you up. Very cozy. All in all, it's worth the trip out there and you won't be disappointed with the staff. They are the best!

Had the most awesome ride with Will (guide). Had a definite mix of different terrains to include zipping in and out of tress, hills, deep snow and just a great time. Definitely will do this tour again. I did the 3 hour ride.

I had the pleasure of checking this place out this year. It was a little bit of a drive from Colorado Springs where I was staying, but I have no regrets whatsoever booking this place. I booked in advance because we had a group of 18. They were super accommodating as scheduling a group this size isn't always easy. They did require payment up front which was not a big deal. I was able to talk to the owner directly who made the whole process easy. The day of, we made the journey to Monarch. Directions were clear and just driving in, we knew we were in for some nice views. We arrived and their crew was waiting for us and had all the machines ready to go. We filled out some light paperwork and got fitted for helmets. Make sure and layer up and bring snow boots, masks and gloves. It gets a bit cold riding through the mountains. We got a little training once we got outside and off we went. Make sure and follow instructions and remember all the signals. They provided enough staff to help if needed as we had user error a few times. The trails were nice and maintained and the views were awesome. They made time for us to go to an open area and let loose with the snowmobiles before taking us on a climb for more amazing views. When we got back we enjoyed some hot chocolate and off we went back home. Make sure to tip these guides as they really do work hard when they are out there!Overall, this was an amazing experience and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Really enjoyed our tour. They have shop dogs and super friendly staff. As beginners, we were surprised by how much finesse it takes to operate and steer a snowmobile. Word of warning: your hands WILL get cold. We had an incredible time.

Wow! We had a family of 5 and we all had a blast! My husband and myself had on of our younger kids, our oldest ride by himself. The guide made sure he was right behind him and kept checking on him. The trip had amazing views, secluded trails as we were the only ones there - overall an outstanding day. I cannot recommend this adventure more, definitely worth the money. An added bonus is the owner and tour guide were super friendly!

We are pretty adventurous couple, and this has been one of our favorite excursions. Chris, the amazing tour guide, kept us safe, let us have a blast and took us through some gorgeous areas. We would highly recommend these guys. The gear is clean (if you have to rent), the snowmobiles are up to date and run smoothly and the staff enjoys their job. We will definitely be back.

Horrific Experience! Pick another provider at all costs!! My grandson was injured on Monarch loop when our two person snowmobile tipped over in a tight scary turn We were both trapped under the machine. The guide (Emilio) did not assist in getting us out but other guests did. My grandson sustained injuries to his ankle as the machine' s floorboard hit right on the bone Guide did call for evacuation but it took 30 min or more for the owner (Kyle) to figure out how/where etc Plus he wouldn't let the group off the mountain, just the injured child and parent My daughter rode down in the owner's truck and was berated all the way down for basically "bothering" him. Seems he cared more about his machine than the injured child. No EMT, or even ice, was provided and the manager defended the owners actions even after I became upset Headed to hospital now for both of us to be checked out Please understand I am not a Karen, simply want everyone to know that this owner does not care about injuries sustained to children!
