A local's tip led us to this breakfast gem, and we're so glad we followed the recommendation! Arriving around 10 am, we found the place buzzing with activity. Although we had to wait for a table after ordering, the friendly staff made the wait worthwhile.Our breakfast spread was a resounding success! We devoured the Breakfast Dip, Breakfast Fried Rice ( as we were sharing, they also offered to serve in two different plates to make it easy for us) Destroyer Burrito, and Very Berry French Toast. Plus, the free coffee refills were a lovely bonus.A quirky touch we appreciated was the interesting posters adorning the bathroom walls.If you're visiting Salida, this spot is an absolute must-visit. It truly lives up to its reputation - we left thoroughly satisfied.

Been here many times for breakfast and lunch. Best in Salida. Misty and Andrew are completely hands on family owners. The quality of the food is outstanding, ALWAYS! Service is organized to be efficient and reliable. Because of the family run style of this restaurant, white linens service isn't provided. Instead you have huge quantities of incredible food, beautifully plated in a cool atmosphere with the best bathroom art in Colorado! Hmm...hours here are updated but on your website they are not. I called to see if you were in fact open for dinner and inquire about your menu. Rudeness prevailed...I was told extremely abruptly "The hours are updated on Google and we are open". Then she hung up...never giving me a chance to even ask about the dinner menu. Despite your spot being recommended, we won't be your patrons. While we don't live in Salida full time, we are here often for months at a time. I hope your food is better than your attitude.

I am in Salida, CO for work and was looking for breakfast. I decide to order from here. I got the classic breakfast burrito with a coffee. My coworker got their peachy smoothie. The breakfast burrito is huge and the hot sauce accompanied with it is pretty good too. I give it a 10/10. The coffee was good too, not watered down and strong. I would definitely come here again. They also have nice decor. Plus everything was ready within 10 minutes.

Misty (co-owner) took our order. great music. Short rib sandwich on sourdough with grilled onions and horsey sauce was a spot hitter. Fries and onion rings are home made and are crisp. The Basalmic pear salad was (as Elaine would say) a "big salad" with taste candied nuts.

Discovered Mojo's for breakfast and it's a hidden gem in Salida. We had a breakfast burrito with fresh ingredients that are not the usual. Same with the avocado toast. Good place with outdoor seating.

Found Mojo's on Yelp before our Sunday ride to Salida. Truth be told, we used to love stopping at Wallbangers, which is now closed. Though we miss them, all of us really enjoyed our lunch today! Owner was welcoming and brought our food out quickly. Everything was excellent! My salad was super fresh and I really enjoyed the short rib sandwich. We'll be back and we were serious about hoping you'll open a Mojo's in the Springs sometime. Thank you for a wonderful meal!

Came for breakfast on a Sunday morning and loved the experience! My wife had the breakfast fried rice and I had the Farmhouse Hash. Both were fresh and delicious and more than enough food! Great ambiance and the service was top notch! We'll return

Great find while looking for an EV charger. Delicious breakfast one day and delicious lunch the next. Super friendly folks. This will be our spot when we need a charge en route Denver to Durango. Love it !

Delicious FRESH breakfast! Classic breakfast burrito & breakfast sandwich dip with country gravy were both so yummy! Just passing through and will make this a must stop the next time as well!!!
