We enjoyed Mira Sol as we enjoyed a couple of brews at Red Leg Brewery on a Friday evening. My husband had the beef tacos and they looked wonderful! I had the 3 stacked enchiladas. If you like hot, these are done right! With the red and green sauces, they were creamy, not too salty, and served with rice, some lettuce, sour cream, and I opted for an addition of chicken. Blend them in together for great, spicy flavor. If you don't like hot, try something else. ;)

Finally got to try this little cart serving some big New Mexican flavors. I tried the 'frito' pie which was made with fried tortillas topped with beans, meat, cheese and smothered in chile. This version was sooooo much better than the traditional way, with fritos. Order it Christmas and you don't have to decide between red and green. Both the red and green were really good New Mexico versions, however not spicy. But maybe that's good news, if your not into hot stuff. They hang out outside of several breweries in town. Check their Facebook page to see where they're at.

Best Mexican food in town. Sometimes hard to track down their location but worth it when you find them.

LOVE this food truck. Amazing selection and anything you get is delicious. I recommend the smothered stuffed sopapila! Their hot, fresh chips and salsa are the bee's knees to snack on while waiting on your meal. The family/owners of this truck are just the sweetest. Come check and support them out at different local breweries, especially Goatpatch!

I came here with my college from New York after a day doing geological field work. The servers and cooks were so kind, pleasant and patient while serving 25 of us!! The food was AWESOME! I had a chicken burrito with green salsa (salsa a bit spicy), but overall really tasty food!

Best New Mexican food outside of NM. The green chile is great, though I would prefer it be a little hotter but great food.

I'm from Mexico living in San Antonio Texas, people at red leg brewery told me the tacos were amazing but when I read carnitas tacos, I was like i don't know. I have great carnitas In Texas. Well, the tacos are amazing, even the chips and salsa that come with the tacos. Highly recommend If you are in the area.

My husband got to the truck three minutes before they closed and they were gracious enough to still make tacos for him. The tacos were amazing. They were delicious, hearty and plentiful. They had a great spicy taste and the chips were made fresh on the spot. He is looking forward to next time and I can't wait to try their food.

It is simply the best food in town. If you like it hot, just let them know. If you don't like it hot, just let them know. The "stuffed and smothered sopaipilla" is a personal favorite. Short and sweet: awesome people making great food. Give 'em a try, and you will not be disappointed.
