100% worth seeing at least once. Even better if you go during the holidays. Currently right now until 10/31 they have the whole museum decorated for Halloween. They will also give you a mini scavenger hunt that will get you a piece of candy for the prize if you get all the answers. It's absolutely adorable! They'll also give you hints if you can't find something. I can't wait to see what the place looks like for Christmas. This really is a place for all ages. Both girls working on Saturday were so friendly and so helpful as well.

Just the cutest place ever! Small area, but there is so much detail in the sculptures, it'll take you around an hour to get through. Also, There is a free scavenger hunt to do that will get you a little candy if you win. Price is cheap, so perfect for a little rest stop to beat the heat. Employees were very nice and even helped us out with hints for the scavenger hunt! Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in seeing something unique while in Colorado!

Worth a visit if you're in town. Cheap and actually interesting to see how they set up the town. The staff was also very nice and informative and patient. There's a few different rooms to see and a it will definitely be an hour or two well spent while strolling around old town Colorado Springs

Awesome museum in Old Colorado City! It looks unassuming on the outside and when you walk in, but the exhibit is so cool! So much amazing detail in the sculptures and it's so fun to walk around and see magic town. The scavenger hunt is also a ton of fun! Highly recommend this hidden gem!

Absolutely loved this place! Must go if you are in Colorado Springs. Staff is friendly, museum is neat, impressive, and just fun! They give you a scavenger hunt on your way in for a piece of candy, or you can pay extra to have a more extensive scavenger hunt. Recommend paying for the scavenger hunt, and you can win a free ornament! Extremely breathtaking seeing the whole mini town and people. Michael is extremely creative and talented. Will be back!

Even if you're not familiar with the sculptor's name you've probably seen his work. Focusing on working class heroes like firefighters, working dads and the occasional tramp, his figurines have character and warmth, like there's a story each one is waiting to share with you. He (or his publicist, anyway) calls it "Art for the People." In a fairly nondescript building in Old Colorado City lies the unassuming Michael Garman museum. Inside are vignettes of American life brought to life with his work - all for sale and some of the prices are reasonable even for my budget. Touring the museum/shop is completely free and for a nominal few dollars you can visit "Magic Town," a completely stylized landscape all around you that brings his figurines to life, accessible only to those with a little change in their pocket. It helps the museum keep it's doors open and is worth the effort.Garman certainly has his own story, well before his success, that you can find out more about in-studio. I would recommend even if you're from the Springs to check out this museum, it's a hidden treasure on Colorado Ave.

Groupon is what made me aware of this museum, so we went there to give it a try, friendly staff greeted us when we arrived. They handed us a scavenger hunt card of things to find. We went in and viewed all the amazing scenes that they have created, while viewing we tried to find things on our list. The scavenger hunt helped keep the kids interested and involved. What a unique and truly interesting museum.

This place is so cute & quirky!! My husband found a Groupon & took us here as a surprise. Upon walking in, we were greeted by two extremely friendly women at the front desk. We were asked if we'd like to do a scavenger hunt, to which my five-year-old daughter replied, "YES!" We all had a super fun time searching for the items/sculptures and my kids loved earning a prize for their efforts! We saw loads of adults doing the 'grown up' version of the scavenger hunt as well, so this is obviously a hit with people of all ages. The sculptures were SO cool. There were videos, changing mirror rooms & sooo many fun things to look at! Definitely worth checking out because you likely won't see anything like this elsewhere!

I really like this studio! My husband & I come here on every visit to manitou! These miniatures & collectables are amazing! We try & get/collect all the firemen, policemen, & nursing miniatures. They are also great gifts to give people!! Always looking for new ones. Unfortunately, they aren't making anymore occupation miniatures. But the dedication mini for 9/11 is awesome! Also, check out magic town! So realistic! Amazing work!!!

Such a great museum. Really enjoyed the scavenger hunt (additional $5 but came with a figurine). Spent over an hour finding items. They gave each of us a different set of items to find as well which was great.
