Miami's Cafe

I tried the Cuban sandwich, the rice, pernil and yuca con mojo plate, a pastelillo, and a passion fruit shake. Everything was good. The pastelillo was made from pre-made dough which is not bad, but not the best. The owners of this food truck were extremely attentive. They don't have tables, so you have to order everything to go.

I love this place!!! Not only the owners are awesome, but the food is great. The timing is perfect. One of my favorite places in Colorado Springs!!! Me being from Puerto Rico, it's hard to find some good rice and beans :) lol The only place that's gets it right on the money. If you catch me their, say Hi. Am a regular ;) X

This place has amazing Cuban & Puerto Rican cuisine. The customer service is great;I felt like the owners and I were friends!! I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

I'm new to the area and was hopeful to find a new diamond in the rough. Boy was I wrong. The woman who greeted me acted as if she absolutely did not want to be there. I tried ordering the pork plate, she simply said that they were out, and what was my next choice. Wow friendly much? I tried ordering an empanada and they were all out of the first two flavors I was trying to order. I then ordered the Cuban sandwich for myself, loaded fries for my daughter, and a beef empanada. I'm one of the most patient and understanding customers you could ever come across but our order took about 30 min which in my mind is quite long for a food truck with no line. The Cuban sandwich was 10 dollars and consisted of mostly bread, gristle meat and a couple of thinly slices pickles...yuck! The empanada was pre frozen and once i bit into it, it was all air with a few pieces of half frozen non flavorful meat. My daughters "loaded" fries cost almost 6 dollars for a small and there were only a handful of fries with semi cold mystery cheese sauce. Don't get me wrong. I know some business have off days and I'm so for small business to make it but the mix between the bad attitude, high cost and lower than mediocre food would make me never want to come back

This is my place to have a good food and cafe!!!!! Love the price and service!!!! To be a food truck they do magic to create a excellent menu!!!!

Been to the truck twice . I had roast pork sandwich with fries the sandwich only was big and very tasty. The next time was rice and been with fried pork was delicious. I just have to say if you see the truck stop by you won't be disappointed.
