This was our first time here since they took over the Jamaican restaurant that was there before. I found out they've been open for over a year now and luckily it's only a 10-minute drive from us. It was pretty late but we were craving for some Indian food. We ordered to go on Saturday and there were still a good amount of people in the restaurant. The gentleman that took our order was nice and knowledgeable since we had a few questions on their menu items.We got a few orders of their chicken masala and garlic naans. Everything tasted great. My littles actually loved it, which is surprising because they tend to stick to very simple dishes.We'll definitely be back here to try other things. If you're in the area, I definitely recommend stopping by. You won't be disappointed!

We are at Masala bites on a Friday evening. The restaurant is located at the end of a strip mall. The restaurant is large, newly renovated and has an outdoor seating area that is likely open when then weather is nice. It was brightly light with some Indian music playing. When you walk in you see a bar type area where we were greeted. We were quickly seated as there was only one other couple in the restaurant when we got there. We waited a pretty long time to have a server take our drink order. By then we were sure what we would order. It took a while to get our drinks and food. The food was ok, but not something I would go out of my way to return for. The masala was too sweet for my taste and had no spice, despite ordering it at a medium level for spiciness. The other dish we had was an assortment of meats with onions in a sizzling plate. It was better. More flavorful and slightly spicier than the masala. The largest hurdle we had was how slow the service was. Perhaps they were short staffed. They were preparing to-go orders for folks that were regularly streaming in and out of the establishment.

Excellent, authentic taste, spiced to order. Atmosphere matches authenticity. Priced on the higher side, but worth it. Pakwan remains my favorite in Colorado Springs, but this one is a very close second. Plus, it's right outside Peterson and they have a military discount! Lamb Korma and Paneer Tikka were family favorites.

So I may update the review and ratings. The food was really great. The only reason it is rated so low is because how RIDICULOUSLY slow the food and drinks (I'm talking about water here) took to arrive. They weren't even packed. I told a friend about it and he said they were super quick when he went, so I'm definitely giving it another chance sometime. I'm hoping it's faster and I'm sure it will be

The food here was amazing! The lady at the front desk helped us out and accommodated our dietary restrictions. We ate JAIN ( no onions, no garlic, no potatoes) food. The options chef made for us were paneer karahi, mattar paneer, bhindi masala and mix pakoras. Highly recommend this place for JAIN food.

We had the Fish Pakora, Butter Chicken, Fish Tandoori and Lamb Biryani, and Garlic Naan.All were great dishes although a little disappointed with the Biryani - the lamb was tender and flavorful but the flavors didn't infuse into the rice as much as I expected it to be.Overall a great experience, good service. It's a popular place and gets plenty of Togo orders.

Ordered Vegetable Korma takeout. I was asked twice how hot I wanted it. Twice I answered MILD. Got home and it was pretty darn spicy - at least medium spicy. I don't know why some restaurants do this - have apparently no idea how spicy they make their dishes. Many of us cannot tolerate spicy food, but can usually do well with MILD. So this was a waste of time, money - and dinner. Anyway, we won't be coming back. Be warned if the amount of spice is important to you.

So delicious!!! We ordered through Postmates and unfortunately we were missing four mango lassies (I'm dying to try them after eating this delicious food).We got a little bit of everything, chicken tikka, paneer tikka, mango chicken, chicken samosa, garlic & cheese naan.The food... incredible.. like if I died right now, I'd be happy (except I'd need my mango lassie to seal the deal ).
