We stopped in after a recommendation from a local dispensary on a place to find cool glass pieces. We were assisted by Darian (sp?) He was fantastic! Was so incredibly knowledgeable on what products would be the best fit for us. He spent well over an hour going over all the options, and pulling out countless products for us to look at. I can't stress enough how amazingly helpful and patient he was. The selection was almost overwhelming but they would definitely have what you are looking for. Highly recommend & Darian was truly fantastic to shop with!!!

Absolute best smoke shop in Colorado! Ok from Wellington and came a few weeks back to visit some family in Pueblo and decided to check this shop out. I found the piece of my dreams and Dani hooked me upWith a killer deal and set up to get me going. Well, this week I broke my amazing piece and Dani once again was able to help me out big time and get me the exact same piece for 50% off and a nice new banger to go with it! Go check this place out! Amazing staff, amazing pieces!

Went in to buy the Firefly 2+ and was sold an old Fire fly that was used as an open display for years and was charged more than what the newest Fire fly 2+ sells for. Took it right back with in hours after learning upon troubleshooting that it was an old defective display that they sold me and they refused to give me a refund. This is how repeat customers are treated, they have my $250 and I'm left with no Fire fly at all.

Please don't shop here, anywhere but here. It's almost as if their goal is to give stoners a bad name. They sell puffco peaks for $700. Every single item is 4x the price it needs to be for absolutely no reason, and they have no knowledge over the products they sell. Please please please please DO NOT come here. Worst head sh

Ling story short.. I had an issue with an item I purchased from them. I had even contacted the manufacturer who would not respond. I called back and Alex helped me out. He got me all straightened out and on my way. I really appreciate his professionalism and his help. He was super nice! Thank you Alex, you rock! And so does Mary Janes

Do Not Visit this store! I bought 3 torches from these folks, they worked for a couple days and quit. I went back told them about it and wound up buying two "high end" SCORCH Torches and some propane for them. My thinking was that the previous torches I bought were cheap so I will spend the money for a Good torch $75 bucks! One torch ignition button broke the other stopped working after 3 days. Brought them back to the store they wouldn't exchange or refund. Told me that I used Bad butane. Well That Was Butane I Bought From Them!! All tolled I spent over $100 dollars on torches and butane and it was ALL Junk! This Store is a Total Rip Off!!!

If I could give them no stars, I would. Awful service. HORRIBLE people. They just want to take your money.
