These people are a scam! I got the Le Femme perfume and she swore up and down it was oiled based and it would last all day. It does not! She also promised to give me 40% off another perfume which I did not get. I should have asked her the price for both before giving her my card. She kept talking and distracting me. She tried to get me to buy my husband cologne promising a discount however I wouldn't budge (thank goodness). After reading reviews on the perfumes I purchased you can actually buy them cheaper on Amazon or pretty much anywhere else! The Le Femme cost me $69.99 and it's on Amazon for $23.00 . Do not go to this store definitely buy online or anywhere else! This place is a joke and they definitely got me laughing .

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Went in last weekend and was swindled into buying some cheap ass garbage that I found for less than half the price I paid on amazon. During checkout nothing was mentioned about their no return policy. The only thing she said was "You can bring it back after 14 days if you don't like it". When I tried returning it they condescendingly said that it's on the receipt and just shrugged their shoulders. This place is a scam and I really hope they get shut down soon for their shady business.

I bought a juicy couture, Luxor travel size, what a good off! It's totally not the perfum and it the smell disappeared in 5 mins, I also bought Donna Karan, it smells weird...Don't buy please! They are in West valley mall ut

First time shopping at this place and i will never again. Found a cologne that i liked, went up to pay for it was told they would give me a "employee discount". Walked out spending $70 on cologne. I get it, its not cheap, but as soon as i got out of the store i went on amazon and other various shopping sites to realize that i just spent $70 on $30 cologne...Went back to return it 10 minutes after purchasing it to be told "we don't do refunds, you can exchange it for something similar in price". At that point i chose something i knew worth of. When the cashier was processing the exchange she went to ask the sales person "how much did you charge for this" solidifying the fact they make up prices as they go. Will never shop there again. Wouldn't be surprised if this is the next store to go out of business at the Mall.

This store is a complete ripoff. Learned my lesson, and should of shopped around more. Every perfume/cologne in this shady store you can get for $50 less literally anywhere else. Plus, no returns, only exchanges. Please PLEASE do not buy here!!!

I am giving this absolutely no stars! I was on a school trip to America and I am only 13 years old, so I wanted to buy my mum a perfume to bring back as a gift.she loved it to start of with, but the smell slowly turned in into something not nice! But what I thought was absolutely disgusting was that in most shops online was selling it for £10-£15 and i was told it was on sale from £89 to £46 so I therefore not knowing anything bought it. It's not even like I can go and get my money back because I live in England.The perfume was by Karen low and was called pure Chrystal. I am very annoyed!

Overpriced and suspiciously scammy. DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS and they will give you the runaround. There was no signage that said no returns, but they were happy to point it out in the smallest font on the receipt that they had shoved in the bag with no mention of the policy. Merchandise was totally unopened and the return was attempted a day after purchase. None of the phone numbers listed online or on the receipt work. I'm literally having to go through my bank to process this return.

Scam scam scam scam scamI would give this company zero stars! I was forced to give them one!!!! This company is such a horrible company. They sell regular colognes and perfumes at extremely marked up prices. I purchased a item from them before Christmas as a gift for $80 and later found out I could have purchased it online for $20. I took the product back to the store with a receipt and they told me Sorry no refunds no exchanges. I proceeded to show her the difference in price for the same product and she tried to convince me that her product was better because it came from France. I explained to her that I just wanted my money back and she argued with me and said it is their store policy that they are not allowed to give refunds or exchanges on items that have been opened. I did not accept that as an answer and I called mall security. I explained the situation to mall security with the proof of my receipt and the research I had found online showing that it was clearly a marked up item.He then took my side realizing that the shop clearly marked up regular priced items to sell at their price and made them give me an exchange equal to the amount on the receipt. I picked out a couple of different colognes to look at and she scanned them in her system and told me that those particular colognes were more than the $80 on my receipt. I looked the items up online and she was charging me 60% markup still. Example, a bottle of Hugo Boss 1.3 is supposedly $80 in this store. I found it for $30 EVERYWHERE ELSE IN THE WORLD. EVEN FRANCE!!!! She continued with these are our prices, Our products come from France. So I took the exchange that the security officer had worked out for me realizing he'd worked so hard arguing with her to get me just that. I'm at a loss of $50 however watching her huff and puff and her angry behavior and her unprofessionalism towards her customer was almost worth it. She literally told me I was not welcome back in her store. I'm okay with that because I don't really want to pay 60% markup on colognes that I can purchase at Walmart Target or Walgreens at regular price.This store is such a huge scam I hope everyone reading this review will just go to Walmart or Target or Walgreens or Macy's or take the trip to France because even they sell perfume and cologne at regular price!!!

Hate them how you gonna say you have 14 days to get your money back and I go in same day and you say oh only exchanges box not open at all so dumb do not buy anything from them shut that company down
