Luigi's is an amazing Italian restaurant! My family is from Italy and when they come to visit, this is the only place we can take them to without them going into a rage about low quality food. The interior of the restaurant cozy and comfortable. I've never had a dish here that wasn't absolutely perfect.

Just had a horrible time at a normally nice restaurant. They were not prepared for the crowds for the Senior Open. Brought soup soon after ordering. Gave my spouse insulin for the meal as food usually follows quickly. Thirty minutes later, no additional food. No apology, just made excuses. If you are expecting a crowd and are going to seat a crowd, the kitchen should be prepared. Was so nervous about the insulin and what could happen, I couldn't eat when the food was eventually served. Paid more than $30.00 for two soups and my husband's meatball sandwich. Doubt we'll return...even when it is not crowded. Just left a "bad taste" that probably won't go away soon.

I initially gave a great review in December 2018... however, on our 2nd visit we are sorely disappointed. They were not crowded at all (Friday night) and we got seated immediately. The owner seated us in her" favorite spot" a corner table with the server having 4 other tables to tend. Wow- he knocked it out of the park with terrible service. He continued to checked on his other 4 tables, offering water refills, alcohol refills, clearing salad plates; but not ours.. my husband had to go up to the waitress/ to go station to get drink refills, in which the owner brought them to us. No apology/ small talk nothing... It was terrible service over and over. Apparently if you're not with the " local in crowd" well, you're just out. There are SO many great Italian restaurants in this town I would highly recommend you save your time and drop your cash at any other restaurant than Luigi's!!!

I found this place years ago and when I'm in Colorado Springs I seem drawn to it. I'm a sucker for a good red sauce and a glass of Chianti and Luigi's hits that happy spot. Seems like a local favorite so it can be hard to get a table, but it's worth a wait.

Soon to close, so I've been told. A nice hole in the wall restaurant at a not-so-good location. Food is yummy and yummy!!!

#1 in atmosphere, #1 in Pizza, #1 in service, #1 in meatballs. Our son, Nate, recommended we try Luigi's in CO Springs, CO. It is wonderful to be seated in the fireplace room. There are daily specials, including lasagna. The Chianti bottles hanging near the ceiling and red and white tablecloths shout out "Italian!" Only open for dinner. Enjoy! Dr. S. Clark

Incredibly rude service. The waitress was rude and rough to our table throughout the meal. The food was average quality, but the service was shockingly bad. I won't be back.
