Loaf N Jug

When the pumps start printing receipts I will change this review to a 5 star. I'm here several times a week getting gas for business vehicles and every time I have to walk in to get the reciept. With how slow the pumps are it's quicker to wait at the light and cross academy to go to the Maverik. The staff here is super friendly though.

Cleanest bathrooms I have ever seen in a loaf in jug. Way to go Tianna did a great job.

Good Loaf n Jug location. The gas pumps have scanners on them for your King Soopers card discount. Used to live near by and went here all the time. Usually pretty good gas prices.

I only stopped here for convenience at the moment. I know better than to come to this loaf and jug, the staff is so busy trying to be cool they forget to provide customer service. This experience was worse than the others! Isaac should not have a job in customer service!If you Have time, just cross Academy to kum and go. Their staff is very polite.

The car wash is the worst. Left spots all over the car. They refused to let me run my car back through. I recommend the Kum and go across the street. They don't have a car wash but apparently enjoy helping customers.

I purchased a car wash with my fuel fill up today. I waited patiently in line, behind 3 other cars for the car wash, which took a very long time. 8-9 minutes per car. I witnessed one car enter the car wash as I waited in line. Another 10-12 minutes passed before I became a bit concerned that perhaps something wasn't working quite right so I pulled out of line, also not wanting to wait another 30 minutes+ for the two cars in front of me and my own car wash. I went inside to tell the clerk just in case there really was something wrong with the machine, I didn't want to have somebody stuck in there or something without being able to get help. I quickly and politely explained to the man at the counter what was going on and he stared at me blankly for a minute before rudely explaining that if someone is in there it's because they are getting a car wash. He treated me like I was an idiot just wasting his time and walked away. I don't know why he decided to be an ass to me. I told him I was just maybe trying to help, but I ended up leaving upset instead, without my car wash. I do not intend on ever returning to this location due to the horrible interaction I had with this particular person.
