Sanita did an amazing job with my helix and nostril piercings!! I can't recommend her enough

I hate giving poor reviews, however, five of my family members went here for several tattoos. While the artist, Woods, was nice, two of us have experienced "tattoo blowout" where the ink is spread beneath the skin due to pressing too hard. This is 40% of the tattoos that are blown out. Extremely disappointing as I have several tattoos from another place that have not had this outcome. Would recommend looking somewhere else or selecting a different artist.

I had a good experience getting my ear lobes pierced (pretty basic). One guy checked me in and another pierced my ears with a sterile kit, he also wore gloves and did everything a normal, clean piercer should do so no issues. He took the time to mark my ears, check for accuracy, have me look too, etc before piercing which i appreciated. I've read so many bad reviews of tattoo/piercing places in the Springs so I was a little concerned...no need, it was clean and went fine. On a pain scale, it's ear lobes so not exactly major! I'd go back to the same guy for another piercing if I want one down the road. It's a day later and my ears aren't even a bit sore, it's like nothing happened.

Have tried to reach out multiple times to have them honor their word and fix their mistakes. I have gotten tattoos and piercing from here and they both were not done to a very good standard and when trying to reach out for a resolution with my issues. It is extremely unprofessional and disappointing that they wont even do the small touch up to the pieces that they said they would. I've gone to them for years and now feeling completely worthless and disregarded just because I was frustrated in the moment. I really wish they would stand by their work.

I come here a lot for piercings and I really like the staff. However I recently got my eyebrow pierced and they didn't seem to check if I had the right anatomy for the piercing or tell me any aftercare tips...thankfully I do have the anatomy (i think) and it seems to be healing fine but i was STRESSED

I came in to get a matching tattoo with my best friend and walked out with something I want to rub off my skin. there's random marks in places that aren't supposed to be there, there's missing detail, there's blown out lines, there's unfinished lines, and worst of all the head of the snake looks like a penis. don't get me wrong, it's funny but considering I almost paid $300 for this bs kills me. it's not even the full length of my forearm! if anyone plans on getting something from here, do your resesrch in the artists.

I got my belly button pierced with my best friend. We were a little nervous at first but got completely ignored or attitude when we asked the piercer typical questions before the piercing. I would've left In that moment but we already paid in full. We got no words of reassurance or even acknowledgment just the piercer rolling his eyes or laughing at us when we would ask how to take care of the piercing afterwards. It was a very disappointing experience. There was no direction at all throughout the whole experience. Even when it came to what room to go in for the piercing. Just blasting music and feeling lost the whole time. The guy seemed really off. We assumed maybe he was on something to be acting so weird to us for no reason and to be so out of it. After the piercing, he simply handed us a pamphlet of super basic cleaning information for all piercings and we awkwardly left without saying a word to each other.

Wayyyy to over priced for small tattoos. I paid a lot for a quarter size tattoo and a small one on my wrist and now am being quoted double the amount it should be.

Me and my husband walked in on a Friday night on a whim wanting small tattoos and everyone was very accommodating.. within less then an hour we were beginning one of our tattoos Alicia is so sweet funny and made the experience fly by and most importantly did a great job! We will be back on our next whim !

This place is awful. No one knew what they were doing, it stunk we waited forever. Next time I suggest going to prison and getting a tattoo there, it would be better faster and more professional.
