Most unfriendly, frankly scary experience I've had in Monument. I went over to buy some beer and ended up sitting in the parking lot for a minute to talk to my mother in law about a family matter. They close at 9 PM. At 845, in the rear view mirror, I saw a gentleman in the parking lot looking at my license plate. Mind you, there are no signs stating that the parking is for customers only or that it's illegal to park there after hours. The store was open with the lights on. I didn't realize the odd person was working for the store and it kind of scared me. He walked towards me and then walked back towards the store. When he walked toward me the second time, I locked my doors. He heard me lock my doors and then walked back into the store behind the counter. At this point I realized he worked there. He was closing the store down and I was about to end my call and go elsewhere to buy a beer. He then came back out of the store and banged on my window. At this point it was 855, before closing. Once again nothing marked the parking lot as being for customers only. He told me I needed to " get the fuck out of here." He was acting drunk. He went back into the store and pointedly started calling the police on me. I left the parking lot; but I'm totally confused and disgusted by his demeanor. I had vacated the parking lot by 859 and had only been there since 830. He was clearly on something as his behavior was erratic and threatening. I would not advise shopping here.

3.5 Stars. Excellent location. Competitive pricing compared to other small liquor stores. 4 star location. Walk in cooler. Wide variety of wines. Small shelf with high w d wines but you pay a premium.Decent selection of whiskeys. Not a large variety of scotch or high e d liquors.Small case discount.Without another liquor store in shopping center, I feel pricing could be better or at least better case discount.

While their wine and beer selection is pretty extensive I avoid this place at all costs because the staff is so incredibly rude. And it's not just one of their employees - it's every single employee I've ever 'bothered' by asking a simple question. I'm convinced when hiring new people, they disregard anyone with common courtesy or manners or any customer service whatsoever. I know this is such a simple and seemingly minuscule thing but it's so easy to be just be a decent employee/human - greet customers when they walk in, plaster a fake smile on your face instead of a look of disgust when customers ask simple questions. I don't want to contribute to paying these peoples' paychecks - there's plenty of other liquor stores in town.

Well spaced out for social distancing and lots of options for all tastes. Reasonable prices and better hours than anything else around. Win win.

Love this place.I might be guilty of love because of the close location to myself and the fact that they carry my obsession. Colorado Cellars fruit wines are here and those are my absolute weakness. The guys who work there are all super nice - a little strange since they don't drink, but they work at a liquor store - but they're still helpful and friendly, so it's not a huge deal when they can't make suggestions.They started a stamp card - for every time you shop there, you get a stamp. After 6 stamps, you get 10% off your next purchase. Though, if you're a wine-o, you don't need to worry about working up a stamp card because they give you 10% off the purchase of any variety of 6 bottles of wine. Mix & match to your hearts content.So, I really can't find any reason to complain....until they run out of what I love.

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful concerning wines and the hard liquor as well. very friendly atmosphere.

Great place with a good selection of my favorite Italian & French wines. Staff is always friendly. Great location with ample parking spaces.

Spend your money elsewhere, there are so many better liquor stores out there. Selection wasn't awful. But it was the staff and their treatment that ruined this place. Don't bring in anyone underage cause they just have to check everyone's IDs and won't sell to you if they are there. God forbid you grab the receipt before the cashier does, whenever they choose to print it out and grab it for you. They'll wait to print a copy if you want one as well. Not to mention them just sitting their chatting to someone else as we waited to ring us up. Last time we'll be there.

Worst I have ever been treated at a liquor store. They were "closing early" so the man at the register continued to harass us asking if we were ready. Then when we get to checkout, It was my friends 21st birthday and we were checking out and he refused to serve any of us because she had a vertical ID ON HER 21st BIRTHDAY even though the rest of us has horizontal ones he wouldn't let any of us buy anything. Horrible service and will never return.
