Lili's Bistro

I love this place but I think it's closed. I go by every time I'm in Dillon, but they are never open

Lili's Bistro is a hidden gem in Dillon. They have a great happy hour with really good deals. Their simple tacos are good as well as the cocaine tacos. I love their skinny margarita. It's boozy and fun to get to go if you want to walk around Lake Dillon with a drink in hand.The downside: In the past month I've been multiple times and they weren't open yet but it said they were online. It'd be nice to have google hours updated so it's not a let down.The inside decor is a little stale and seems like it could use a good cleaning.

Happy hour is a great deal. Four dollar margaritas eight dollar appetizers. The tacos are really taquitos and are quite good. You get four per order. The nachos were tasty. For what it was the enchiladas were overpriced and not near as good tasting as they look I do not recommend them. If you stick with the appetizers during happy hour between two and five, you won't go wrong. The presentation was very attractive on everythingFor a quick meal. That taste great. Doesn't cost a fortune and a bit experience, I definitely recommend this place

This Mexican restaurant was a fun surprise while staying in Dillon for a ski weekend. While the other restaurants had a 30-45 min wait, they were able to seat us at the bar right away. The meal comes with complimentary chips and salsa that were great. We also ordered the Horchata, steak tacos, Flan, and deep fried ice cream for which continued our trend of tasty food. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our larger group. Definitely recommend!

The food here was absolutely delish! Everyone in our group raved about the food they ordered.The dishes were well presented and worth the wait. There was a misunderstanding about the dishes one person in our group ordered but they remade it in record time, I was impressed by that! The location was a little hard to find via Google maps, best to park on the north side of the building as that is where the entrance is located.

I have both dined in and done takeout from Lili's and have enjoyed everything I've had. I think they periodically update their menu but the camarones al diabla were a favorite. The sauce was addictive. The burrito is really big and filling. It's saucy which I like (something to eat with a fork and knife). The shrimp tacos are yummy too! Service is friendly and they have a bar as well.

The food was okay but the service was absolutely TERRIBLE. We have eaten at several places in Dillon and this was by far the worst experience we have had dining out here. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We came as a family of 6 (kids 6, 5, 3, and 7 months). The service was excellent, and food delicious!!! We're from Southern California, the food is just about as good as any other Mexican food you an find in most places!! Can't wait to come back next time we visit!

The worst food I've ever tried to eat, hands down. Meat was over cooked, dry and tasted like leftovers. Service was rude and snotty. There's literally another Mexican restaurant across the street. No need to go here ever!!Big mistake.

Every bite was absolutely delicious! Such unique authentic flavors! The service was delightful and everything was super clean!
