Lil' Howard's Barbecue and Catering

Saw their trailer set up in the parking lot of the Safeway while my boyfriend was getting his haircut. We were starving and ready for lunch. He got the BBQ brisket plate with mac&cheese and coleslaw. The brisket was delicious! I got the catfish plate. Best catfish I've had since moving out of Texas. The fries and green beans were a great companion to the fish. Highly recommend!!!

Lil Howard's cooks and serves BBQ dinners at the Garden of the Gods RV Park where we were staying. The smoker was about fifty feet from our motorhome and we got to enjoy the smell all day long. Tried the beef brisket, pulled pork and roasted chicken. The best thing of all was the roasted chicken thigh. It was all really good. I would have preferred that the brisket and pulled pork be served dry, not already sauced, but otherwise no complaints. The sides, including green beans, baked beans, and roasted potatoes, were all very good. How nice to walk 50 feet, grab BBQ to go and take back to the motorhome.

Lil Howard's caters lunch every 2-weeks at my companies Colorado Springs campus. I can't believe how wonderful EVERYTHING is! When I got engaged.. it was a no brainer who I was going to have cater. I ended up having the loveliest "I Do BBQ" in the Black Forest. His chicken fried steak always runs out work... but his sliced brisket, mac and cheese (really) and string beans (green beans to some of you) really make my mouth water at just the thought... LOL Very good prices, but for his authentic southern BBQ and sides I would pay so much more!

Lil' Howard catered my parent's 54th wedding anniversary dinner and everything was perfect. The chicken was flavorful, the ribs tangy and the brisket... oh, I'll be dreaming of the brisket for a long time. Oh, and the most delicious green beans! Lil' Howard and Edward delivered and set everything up. They were professional and personable and we enjoyed chatting with them so much we want them to stay and celebrate with us but they had other events (not surprising they were so busy considering how good everything was). Thank you for making our family celebration special!

Great people! Great bbq! Met big Howard at breakfast at Garden of the Gods RV Resort and ended helping Lil Howards serve the Homeless vets from cCrawford house. What a blessing for us!

While at a rv rally in September we had 3 dinners and 2 breakfasts catered by Lil' Howard's BBQ and it was excellent. The BBQ chicken was juicy and yet cooked throughly. At breakfast the eggs were the best we have eaten in this type of situation and the biscuits and gravy were excellent. Enjoyed every meal!!
