Yes it's expensive but there is a 20% off on Facebook. Parking is easy and free; very close to the building. I liked this much more then the Van Gogh immersive. The Disney one was better done with music and bubbles and the floor changing with the movie. There were some really cute photo ops in the first room. If you are a Disney fan you'll want to come to this.

Ya know I was expecting just a tad more. When you walk up you have this fill of excitement. Especially for those Disney lovers. And we love all things Disney. A giant Mickey is blown up in front. You walk in, are greeted, receive your light up bracelet. And enter the waiting area. This 1st area contains history of Disney, clay products used, visuals of art desks, hand written rough drafts / drawings. Like I said, history of Disney, kinda cool. Then the drapes open to this enormous giant area w few benches and plenty of floor space. We were all given a mat to sit on. Later, what comes on, is basically a combination of a ton of Disney past cartoons presented on great screens all around. Thats it.Kids loved it. All the kiddos do. But I just would expect something more from an immersion experience.

They offered a discount so I bought the mid priced tickets family pack and we took my daughter and granddaughters. It came with a cushion to sit on and a light up bracelet to wear during the show, and a small poster to take home. There were 3 different posters and we got them all (and a couple of extras). I'm not sure why the fees were as much as a single ticket when everything is done digitally - except that they want to gouge people even more. It's a pretty expensive experience without the fees - but hey - parking is free! That said, the kids absolutely loved the experience. They didn't understand the exhibits in the first room which were geared more towards the adults, but the giant movie experience from floor to ceiling had them entranced the whole 53 minutes. I think the length was just right for the younger kids - any longer and they would probably have lost interest. The 17 month old hasn't had any screen time yet and doesn't know anything Disney, but she had so much fun. And there are 2 songs that include bubbles raining down from the ceiling and all the kids loved that. The 3 year old danced and ran up to the wall of cartoons several times after she saw some of the other kids doing it. This experience is definitely geared for kids but the adults in our group enjoyed watching how happy the kids were.Something to be aware of - this is not like the other immersive experiences (Van Gogh, Monet and Impressionists, or Dali) where you go in some time around your ticketed time and can sit through the presentation as long as you want. This is a set timed experience and if you miss part of it, you don't get another chance. I'm glad we went because I love seeing my grandkids so happy, but in typical Disney style, it is expensive.

Immersive seemed so imply more and for that price I expected more. The kids around us had a great time. The idea is awesome, but the result was quite a bit less. The advertisements hinted there would be more time to walk around and enjoy the experience like a museum. The experience was spending the time in a single room watching events play out of Disney top musical hits on the walls. I am a Disney fan and I did like the scenes. It just seems so much less than expected. Hype is not equal to real in this case.

Paid $100 each for VIP tickets thinking it was somehow and upgraded experience and it was 100% identical to the regular pass, except you get a foam seat cushion you don't need (there are plenty of benches) and a lanyard and bracelet that flashes lights. Whatever you do, don't waste your money on VIP. There is zero difference in terms of experience. The "show" itself was just okay. Having seen what Disney can do with effects in the parks I had high expectations, but it was just meh. You sit in a single room and get a surround projection of multiple Disney songs put to various scenes from movies for an hour. It's at most a $20 experience.

This was a pretty big disappointment for the cost. We did the middle ticket level. All it gave us extra was the disney print but not even different ones so no family needs multiple copies of the same picture. You go in a room and they play clips of movies that's it. During 2 songs they had bubbles flying around. Kids liked that. It was very overpriced and underwhelming for what it was. Wouldn't reccomend

This is definitely geared towards the younger kids. Very family focused where kids could run freely in the space and not be a distraction to other patrons. We took our 4 year old and 1 year old. Both seemed to really enjoy the video/music experience. Our older one loved the interactive bits on the floor that moved/followed her during certain sections of the show. They both loved the sections with bubbles that rained down during other portions of the show. Neither were interested in the exhibits in the first room so it didn't add anything to the experience. We paid for premium tickets which seemed to only get us cushions that we barely used during the show and had to give back afterwards. We did get free prints of 3 pre-selected shows at the end for the three tickets purchased. We have no idea what to do with them and would have rather just had a lowered ticket price in lieu of these. The tickets were pretty pricey once they tack on venue and service charges. Would not recommend paying for the upgrades as it didn't seem worth the extra paid. It is a fun, one-time experience for kids but due to price likely wouldn't do again.
