Grateful that LifeStyle could help us out when we needed carpet installed 2 weeks before our movers came. We ordered carpet with Lowes but the carpet didn't come in on time. We found LifeStyle and they called to check the carpet availability and since they know their installers they could guarantee the carpet would be done before the movers arrived. They came through and the carpet is beautiful.

I don't often do 5 stars, but these guys were great! We were moving from Texas, so most correspondence was over the phone and email. I dealt with Sean. He was very responsive. Midway through my project, we decided to get the basement carpet done, and that went super smooth. We were not moved in yet. They used a lock box with no issues. There were a couple of things found that needed a little extra care. We took care of that stuff and the whole project was as cost efficient as expected, even with the extra stuff. If/when I have flooring needs, I will definitely be calling again

I decided to go with this company because it was local even though the prices were more expensive. The carpet was coming up between the bedroom and hallway. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I called to try to get them to come out and didn't get a call back for over 2 weeks. Had to call them back, still no one called me back. Called again and got an appointment and they were late showing up. When they saw what I wanted fixed they said oh that's not a big deal like it was nothing. To me it is especially when I spent over 2k on carpet. Instead of taking accountability for the poor workmanship, they said the carpet was coming up because it looked like a dog peed in the area. That definitely never happened. When I called to complain about the tardiness, lack of responses and the comment about the dog pee, they just blew me off. Not happy with this company or their customer service.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Lifestyle Floors and Design and their (only hardwood) subcontractor. Despite multiple assurances, the project was plagued with delays, unprofessional behavior, and unfinished work.Issues:Subcontractor was consistently (I should say always) late, missed multiple workdays, and provided numerous excuses and personal errandsWork was left incomplete, and the quality of the work done was subpar.Also, attempts to resolve the issues with the co-owners, Laura and Donny Coram (this place switched owners sometime in October of last year), were met with excuses about the business being bankrupt or having no money. They claimed that a $2000 refund for unfinished (they ask you to pay in full) work was nearly impossible. Donny suggested asking to get funds from an insurance claim insurance or shorting employees to recoup the money, showing incredible hesitation to work with me on a simple refund. They insisted on keeping the same individual despite his incompetence while not being able to hire anyone else (or not wanting to). Lifestyle Flooring failed to deliver on their promises, causing financial loss. I strongly advise against using their services due to their poor management and lack of accountability.

Business is allegedly closed, and for good reason. My experience here was absolutely awful. They would say the right things and make my wife feel at ease about our installation timeline, and nothing came to fruition. We ended up needing a repair on some pieces of flooring in our living area with a lot of traffic; the owner refused to hire a crew to come fix it timely and correctly. Instead, he showed up to fix it MULTIPLE times and now my floor is worse off than ever. He used glue to fix the pieces that needed fixed. We'd reach out to ask them to honor their "lifetime warranty" and we'd hear nothing back. Once I mentioned small claims court, I got a response. By then, he was closed down. We will never go with a local owner again.

Truly the Best Flooring Store in Colorado Springs!!!Great customer service, great prices and awesome installation professionals.Their showroom is so comfortable and inviting with a great selection of flooring. Great atmosphere!No pressure sales, I love that!!! They actually listened to what I wanted, and then came out to my home and measured for free.Their installers were very professional and respectful of my home and family.I recommend them to all my friends and family.We will definitely be back for any future needs!
