Small boutique winery, hidden away in small town Colorado. Owned by a retired husband wife team, who do everything here . Beautiful grounds, with such great outdoor seating and things for kids to do as well. The owner was outside when we seated ourselves, and he shared his story and told us a bit about the winery. The process, grapes and how they run it. Great guy and very dedicated! It's a lot to do in retirement but they seem to be enjoying it. His wife came out to ask us about tastings , which they do for free! All 12 on the list. The reds were better, I'm just not a white drinker. The whites I was told were sweeter. Pretty good pours too! Great to try so many. The Syrah was my favorite. The price of the bottle was only $21. I got a glass as she gave me so many tastings. We bought a bottle too. They also give you little snack bags which was a nice gesture, little crackers. Inside they had some little gifts things, cute stuff. Loved how clean it was and they were so organized and quick , better service than a lot of bigger wineries I've been to .Sometimes the smaller the better!!

This little winery is set off Highway 115 in Canon City. It is a retired husband and wife team who run it, so it is only open Saturdays from Noon - 5pm. You can go in and buy their wine or have tastings. Plus, they generally have a food truck there or an option to buy some charcuterie. The atmosphere is wonderful. Quiet & beautiful. A couple tables inside (they have to social distance) and a few outside. We did a tasting and went home with the house red and a white. There are definitely some wines that are very different. The wines were not all my taste, but I loved the overall experience. A great one to try if you are in town.Added note: this is the only place to buy their wines, so if you like them, get them when you go!

The new kids in town, this tasting room doesn't dissapoint. Follow the signs and relax for a bit inside. Enjoy the young wines and see if you don't discover something to love. We are fans of tempranillo and they have one we liked. I helped them set up their Yelp page, and they will update it soon. In the meantime let's show them some Yelp support. Local business for the win!Cheers!

I am not a wine snob by all means but this wine was very much vinegary. Might as well drink apple cider vinegar straight! Wow not a fan!

We drove by this winery on our way to some where else and decided to stop and just loved it! They have amazing customer service, the owners talked with me and my group of 7 for a while. They had such good information about wine and you could tell that they loved what they were doing and they were passionate. The wine was really good and they had a variety of whites and reds. Really pretty outdoor area as well to enjoy the beautiful fall weather!

A lovely tasting room with great service. The owners are friendly, helpful and a delight to visit with. This was our first trip to Canon City wineries, and this one was a find! Although it's 3 hours from home, we look forward to a return visit when we'll not only purchase more to take home, but a bottle to enjoy on their lovely patio.

Great service! Locally owned and operated by a couple that spent 3 years getting it ready to open. The wine tasting was free. They let you try most of them unless it's a reserve or they are running low. The building is modern and both the inside and outside hangout spaces are amazing. When we were there they had a snack table with themed foods for Cinco de Mayo and even gave us some wine-based cocktails like a sangria and a wine-arita. There is a dedicated parking lot. Be sure to check the hours. All of the wineries close early (5-6pm) in Canon City. Yes, even on a Saturday.

We arrived pretty close to closing, but they let us linger for an hour afterwards. They have a wide variety of delicious wines. I would have bought more than the three I did, but I don't know how I am going to fit the ones I bought in my suitcase. I couldn't resist!

I give it two stars instead of one because the location is lovely and the wait staff was kind and the tasting was free. That said, every wine had a vinegar flavor and a slight hint of model airplane glue. I'm sorry, but the vintner needs more education.
