I had a great experience with the folks at Legacy & Co. I took my mom's wedding rings in for a cleaning a few months ago and I was very pleased with the results. A few weeks ago I returned after my mom's passing with all of her jewelry for a quick appraisal. The staff were incredibly kind and sorted through each piece to let me know if they had value, and if so, the approximate value. I was so appreciative of their kindness and honestly.

Dan and team did a fantastic job repairing my family heirloom, and it looks better than ever. They are friendly, professional and efficient. I will definitely return when!

Over the years, Legacy & Co has done many things for us. From earrings to wedding rings and now an upgrade. Since we started doing business with them, we moved to Utah. We just went back to Colorado Springs from Utah specifically for our newest item, our upgrade. I wouldn't trust anyone else to do any jewelry for us. Legacy has proven for years that they have the best customer service, honesty, selection, and ability to create any custom piece your mind can think of. They are family owned and treat you like family. They are our jewelers for life, no matter where we live. Told me my sterling flatware was worth $100, got more than 10 times that in town. Traded 4 pieces for two repairs of which one broke upon first wearing. They did not seem to have a grasp on the market nor much knowledge. I do not recommend.

I wanted my mom's diamonds from her original wedding added to my wedding ring. I had gone to many places to see if it could be done and most of them said no but Legacy & Co Jewelers was the only one who was able to do it. When we got my ring back it looked perfect! I couldn't be more happy with ring! They did an amazing job! Would 100% recommend this jeweler to anyone!

Bait and switch. Used coupon for free appraisal. Oh, but not really free. The "appraisal" was free but was charged for "testing" the piece to do the appraisal. Hmmm.

This is the third time I've used them and I think they're great. I had a ring resized and an insurance appraisal. They were very fast and efficient. And so friendly. And they had a lot of beautiful jewelry too!
