Beware! What once was a well run boarding facility has now gone down the drain. After Pat left, almost all other boarders left too. The new operator yells at people if they bring up a concern. He started feeding brown dry grass that the horses refused so I had to feed by myself. When bringing this to him he said "they will eat when they get hungry take it or leave it". I cannot speak highly enough of this place. What an awesome experience we just had! We chose here for our eight-year-old son's first riding lesson, and from the very first phone call to the lesson itself, every single person we encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had checked other places but they were charging excessive fees for equipment for a one time lesson. Laz E Acres kept it simple and affordable, and their instructor, Makayla, proved to be wonderful with kids, teaching our son a perfect combination of horse maintenance basics plus the fun of riding. You can tell from looking around how well cared for all of these horses are. All of the staff was incredibly nice and our experience from start to finish was absolutely fantastic. We can't wait to come back. If you're looking for riding lessons for your child, look no further - this is the place to be!
