Lawn Doctor

IWe've been customers of Lawn Doctor for years. But they have suddenly diminished in credibility and service to the point I cancelled that loyalty. Loyalty works both ways and they do not step up on that level. I made numerous calls because my lawn was suddenly dying off rapidly. They made promises to get out immediately to assess the problem and never came, tried to reschedule repeatedly. Want service? Go somewhere else...Lawn Doctor is not customer responsive. But they have no problem taking payment upfront and not providing adequate service. Find someone who cares.

We prepay for spring weed/fert service only. We have done this several years on our 1A of native grass. Service always done with a smile. Wish they would upgrade their equipment, their spray van is beat up.

We have used this company for 3-4 years and had great results...now it's horrible! I am sure they have either watered down their products or using something that doest work, which the customer service person told us they are the same products and didn't even offer us a chance to speak with the owner! The prices went up on the products as the outcomes of our lawn and rocks(which they sprayed for weeds) looked horrible, we had to go buy other products to get it fixed and it looks so great, we have dropped their services and will be looking for another company! Such a shame!

I have used lawn doctor for my lawn trees and shrubs for many years. Lawn doctor is always very responsive prompt professional and thorough. I would definitely recommend lawn Dr. for a homeowner needing services.

New customer. I just needed lawn aireration on a 30x10 peice of grass. They said they would be out friday morning. Friday morning came. No show. No phone call. No communication. I call them and they said their equipment broke down. They rescheduled for next THURSDAY. (Not even next on their list I guess) No one showed up. No call. No communication. Again.... I call them back again and they said they show up and no one was home. (We were home all day) they wanted to reschedule again. Very unprofessional company. No communication. No accountability. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Did a very thorough spray to kill weeds on our property!! Very courteous service. Thank You!!

We had our first application provided by Lawn Doctor yesterday. The technician Brandon rang the door bell and was pleasant and courteous. He explained when we could be back on the lawn and when to water. He did the application in a timely manner and left soon after. So far so good!

I had been a loyal customer for 10 years. This year, my lawn has never looked worse. They told me to water more, then told me too much water created a grub problem, which, of course, they want lots of money to fix. Then... after a payment glitch, they sent me to collections. No phone call, no email, nothing. I had never missed a payment in 10 years for 2 properties, and when I called, Justin told me I wasn't special and that any company would treat me this way. Well, I'm going to give the competition a chance. If you want to be treated like a customer that isn't valuable, definitely go with lawn doctor.

As witnessed and reported by my next door neighbor: The Lawn Doctor technician arrived and knocked on my door. After waiting for a short period and not receiving an answer (because we were not home) he left the bill on the door and drove off without providing the service. A few days later my lawn was still full of dandelions; they had not shriveled up and died as they should have if Lawn Doctor had sprayed them as requested. I called Lawn Doctor and told them that their technician left a bill without performing the work and that I ended up having to do it myself. I informed them that I would not be paying for service that they did not provide and I also requested to cancel my service. A few weeks later I received another bill from them in the mail. I called again to tell them that they did not provide the service (left via voice message). About a month later I received notice that my payment was late, so I called them again to tell them that they did not provide the service (again left via voice message). Soon after I received two noticed from a collection agency demanding payment. I called Lawn Doctor yet again and complained , speaking to a person this time who told me not to worry about it and that I don't need to pay, but I still received another notice in the mail from the collection agency. This is to the point that I believe they are harassing me because it is a fraudulent demand for me to send them money.This company either has atrocious customer service, or they are running a scam.
