This is an adorable small campground that had wide road access, full hook ups, and a great little store and hosts! They have big spots and one pull through since we are a 39ft fifth wheel. It's a no frills but clean and great spot to stay while we visited family! Gorgeous area near little towns as well! I recommend you stay here. Family friendly too!

This is the perfect home base for rock hounds, anglers, and people who enjoy the outdoors of Park County and the Pikes Peak area. World class fishing is right up the road and you're smack dab in the middle of excellent mineral hunting country. The park and facilities are very clean and in good repair. The cabins are adorable. The owners, Steve and Stacy will make you feel right at home in the family friendly park they have built. 10/10 will stay again soon!

Wonderful place to stay! easy access to 2 beautiful reservoirs and also pikes peak and cripple creek co. On site owners are super friendly and take much pride and care in their facility. If you don't have an RV, rent one of their cabins, they're not your typical RV park cabins. Beautifully decorated, bathrooms , kitchenettes, dinetteseverything you need.

Really cute cabin. Exceedingly comfortable bed. All the basic elements in the kitchen and bathroom. A wonderful surprise was the ceiling fan that we found absolutely necessary with the heat of the day. And the McCoys were very helpful and willing to help make the stay enjoyable and welcoming. We will return to these cabins the next time we are in Lake George.

This campground way over priced. $175 a night for 2 adults. Most sites are real thin. Beware if you have a big rig. Roads are real narrow. I damaged my rig trying to park it in the postage stamp size site they gave me. Lots of large trees right on the road. Tough to make the swing. Don't expect the GM to do anything for you if you have an issue. I guess he doesn't care about customer service. Will never go there again.

First off, it is very difficult for me to give any place 5 stars. But I give this place 4.8 stars. Steve and Stacy were absolutely wonderful. I was able to get a spot last second on July 4 holiday weekend. They were very accommodating and understanding. In fact, I had a long drive to make it there on time and they had meatloaf waiting for me! How awesome is that! The meatloaf was outstanding too boot. My only slight complaint is I wish I had more room. But when is that not the case. Please don't hesitate to stay here. Fishing central.

Stayed 10 nights in July 2022 to catch the Trico hatch on the South Platte in Eleven mile Canyon. Overall this is a very nice little campground. Not too many RV sites so you don't feel like you are parked at a shopping mall like some places seem. The owners, Stacy and Steve, are very nice. I would give 5 stars except for their dog policies. They seem a little touchy about people leaving their dogs in their RVs alone.
