I just moved here to Colorado Springs and needed some long arm help for 2 quick charity quilts. Took me a few tries to get here when the shop was open. Turns out the longarmer waitlist is like 6-8 weeks long because they're only open like 5 mins a day, it seems. So I bought batting to find another longarmer elsewhere. They didn't have big rolls only a few packaged sizes, and of course, they were waiting on the sizes I could have used to be delivered. They talked me into buying the largest package (and most expensive) and I could cut it in half to use for both quilts. I asked a few times if they were sure it would fit based on my size and they said yes. I noticed a large sign that said "ALL SALES FINAL" so I didn't feel comfortable pushing it. (This one is on me too as I should have pushed harder to confirm math and sizing). Fast forward a week and the new longarmer has the quilt on the machine only to call and tell me, its almost 2 feet short for batting on one quilt! So, off I have to run to Joann's last minute for a brand new package. Super frustrating. Honestly, unless you're buying a new machine or have a very very specific need, I'd go to Joann's or elsewhere. It's a big shame because its an adorable store and a nice location.

We had a good time visiting this store but did not find a whole lot that was right for us. It was a pretty quiet Wednesday afternoon when we came in and we were greeted when we arrived. We looked around and picked up the 2017 Row by Row pattern, unfortunately, they were out of the kits. They have a large class room available here, and a huge selection of sewing machines as well as their quilting supplies.

My husband stopped by this morning to pick up an item that I needed. Hours posted ... 10:30 - 2. Seriously? The lights were on, so he checked to see if the door was unlocked. It was locked, however, a man came out from the back, looked at him, turned around, went back into the back area and turned off the lights. No acknowledgement; no "I'm sorry, we aren't open yet". Nothing. This is the same place that kept my machine for two weeks last year for a repair. I picked it up just before 5 pm one evening. During my first hour of sewing, it did the same thing they just "fixed". I took it back. They kept it another week .... and charged me AGAIN.I will go buy a new sewing machine before I will set foot back in this store. Be aware!

Very friendly staff and locally owned. They will help you without making you feel inadequate about your quilting knowledge. Great sewing machine selection. Fun projects and fabrics to choose from.

Love this store!!!! I let them know it was my first time there and they gave me a tour of the store. Very friendly and when we were done they let me browse in peace. Walked out of there with some very nice cottons at a fair price.... Definitely will be back again!

A small shop but lots of interesting things going on. Covid has put a damper on it, but somehow they have managed to pull through. They are a Janome dealer and service provider. The classroom is very nice and well equipped. The staff is friendly and helpful.

This is a small shop fabric-wise but I found several fabrics that worked. Very friendly. Has some reduced hours due to Covid so you may want to call b4 you go.

Cant say I was very impressed with this place. I was greeted as i went in but had to hunt someone down to ask a question. My question was not really answered and the sales lady seemed very unwilling to help me look for what I needed. The fabric selection is small and kind of willy nilly all over the store. It seems that the money must be in fancy sewing machines because the entire front part of the store was filled with them. I was disappointed with just how little fabric was in this fabric store.

I signed up for a "block of the month" program, paid my deposit and expected a block each month for the next 12 months. They are extremely slow to the point that, three years later, I have received only 9 of my blocks. Another time I purchased a setting kit for a quilt top I made. I waited six months to receive my fabric and, when it was "ready" was told a couple of my fabric choices were not available. They gave me what they had and told me to search the internet to find the pieces I was missing. They are not great at communicating with customers when an issue such as this happens and customers are left with no recourse. I would never purchase anything that required me waiting for the product to be delivered.
