Food was ok. Taste was ok. Have definitely had better tasting food but was the only restaurant in area at the time. Service was quick and there was plenty of seating available.

If I could get a refund for this meal I 100% would not only was the service super slow, but the burrito was one of the smallest I've ever had and I would describe it more as a taco since the girl rolling them clearly has no idea what she's doing 80% lettuce. I would 10/10 recommend that you take your money and go eat chipotle over this place ever day of the week. Definitely will never go back!

I have given this place a couple of tries. The bean burritos are hit or miss. The one always constant is the beef burrito, it's amazing and has great flavor. It is now the only thing I order from here. So if you're in the mood for a beef burrito I would highly recommend getting it at La Casita!

La Casita, as I understand it, is a local chain found in the Colorado Springs area. The best way to think of it is like a local, fresher take on Taco Bell. Sort of like, what Taco Bell would be if it wasn't so processed and such a large chain. I actually visited this location twice while in Colorado Springs because it's central to a lot of the attractions and with little ones in tow sometimes you really just need the convenience of a drive thru. I will be honest in that I really waffled on if La Casita deserved three or four stars and I settled on three because at the price point I am certain you can get more consistent food at local drive thrus as we had seemingly endless errors in our orders both times. That being said, the errors were small and the food was solid each time. Both times I ordered burritos and I have a few pro tips: 1. Always get salsa as I found the carnitas a bit dry without it. 2. Get TONS of salsa. The salsa containers they give you in the drive thru are comically small. 3. The "mild" is very sweet. if you are going for something spicer don't be concerned. 4. Get the burritos smothered in green chili if you can. I had it both ways and the green chili way was by far superior. 5. While it's a drive thru it's not the easiest to eat while driving so do so at your own risk! Finally, in essence, this place really hits the spot for quick and easy mexican food that you don't feel terrible about having ate. The tortillas especially I found to be fresh and superior to many I've had in similar sized/priced venues. In short, I'll likely be back next time I'm in the springs!

Only place I have found with homemade tortillas in colorado springs! Enchiladas are good and I liked the potato's. Great for breakfast.

I like the enchiladas and their rice and beans. The employees are friendly and drive-thru service is fast. There is a small frustration that the drive thru menu prices do not match the actual prices you are charged. There is about a dollar fluctuation with certain dishes and people may not catch it, therefore they are paying more than the posted prices. I caught it and they adjusted the price at the window before I paid.Update: Have come back a few more times, and service is quick and friendly. No complaints!

Portions are very small for the price. I ordered a burrito for $7.00 dollars and it was the size of a taco. The taste was good but it was gone in three bites. I will not be coming back. The staff was polite.

We love the chips and salsa here, but we went through the drive and got home to find that our salsa is basically just liquid with a little bit of salsa. Maybe they ran out of tomatoes and just watered it down to still charge us? This is the first time this has happened, but what a major disappointment.

Come on now La Casita! What happened to you? This place has gone downhill. Counters are dirty around the area where you pay. And speaking of paying.. the prices are way too much now! $16 for a fajita plate? California isn't even that much for this kind of establishment.Do better. Clean up!

This place was pretty pricey, everything was sold separately making each of my family members meals quite expensive. I will say you get fairly big portions and I got the chimichanga and it was pretty good but the rice and beans I payed extra for were not good. My mom got the two crunchy tacos and she said that the beef was flavorless. We also payed extra for my brother to get chicken in his chimichanga and the staff messed up his order and gave him beef instead. Lastly the tables were not clean and the place just looked all around rough.
