King Soopers

I've been shopping at this location since 2004. It's never been an exceptional shopping experience, but was an average experience. Over the past few months it's actually become a horrible place to shop. The deli has to be the worse part of the store. If you are lucky, you'll be able to get someone to assist you, but most often, I end up just walking away. If you do get someone to help you. They are very rude. No eye contact and will hardly say a word. The produce is typically under stacked although I haven't had any issues with the quality of the product they have. The store is pretty clean. Their biggest issue is their customer service or lack of it.

Go to place due to location. Quality...not the best picked up a New York strip..flip it over and bingo! Big strips of fat..not the good kind. Won't be buying steaks from here again. Not a Choice cut at all

I love this King Soopers! Steve, Gail & Molly are my favorite cashiers! I will wait in a longer line just to have them. This store carries specialty dairy free products that I can't get at Walmart. They also carry other specialty products like Prego sensitive recipe. I really appreciate all the specialty products they carry that I need, especially considering this is a smaller King Soopers than some. The bakery is awesome and makes very good cakes and my kids love the sushi in the deli! This little store is my favorite place to get groceries. The employees at this store are so helpful and sweet that it just feels very welcoming.

to the store managerI received exceptional services from Roy at the service desk today and I believe Valerie ( bookkeeper was on her tag) on Thursday dealing with a very complicated issue. Both were diligent, professional, customer sensitive and persistent in assisting me with this issue. I appreciated their help immensely and I hope that you are aware of how fortunate you are to have these staff people. If you have an internal reward system, they deserve your recognition. a long term customer...dr. bob

We went to cook a turkey we bought on sale, damn thing missing 1 leg no neck or giblets to make into stuffing. This is one sorry old bird. Went to go to cust service desk, the line already had 8 people in it with one person trying to help. This store is always under staffed. Just when you think this store would be getting better after a remodel it gets worse.

This is the worst king soopers and Kroger I have ever shopped at. It's walking distance from my house, but I'll be skipping this location.

Seems like EVERYTIME I shop, prices do not ring up correctly, or King Soopers sign doesn't match the price rung up.

Holy cow. If I could give this place negative stars...I would.This store has never been great but the last 2 years (especially the last 6 months) have been excruciatingly terrible.Nothing is ever stocked, boxes and trash thrown in the aisles. Management seems to walk over the messes and not care (which explains the employees seemingly not to care either).It sucks since this King Soopers is right by my house: but I'll likely drive to Wadsworth than shop here again (which I already do 80% of the time now).

Please have Steve refrain from helping the customers in the quick check-out lanes UNLESS they ASK for his help. I appreciate the fact that KS employs people like Steve because he would not be able to get a job anywhere else but the guy is more of a hindrance than help. Also, promote Tim. At least he has a personality! Timmy! Been coming here for 14 years. Other than often being under stocked, boxes in the aisles, the awful music piping out of the speakers and the overall claustrophobic feel of the store, it's usually a pleasant experience.

Tried to buy 3 postage stamps tonight at customer service desk like I have for 40yrs. I was told they dont do that nor have they ever???? Ya right...I just bought a few last week. The younger guy working was so busy texting on his phone to even try to be curious and helpful, I just can't believe how this store and its morals have gone down the shitter! The female manager was just as snooty and could give a ratts ass as the jerk off behind the counter. GO ON strike so they can fire your asses and hire good people you idiots!! 40 years I've been a customer,,and your snooty employee "kegon" or whatever his name was told me 'no' and called me a liar. BRAVO!!
