This is a review for the Kings Supers at Chatfield and Wadsworth:If you need a nutritionist, they actually have one.Valerie, who works in the vitamin and nutrition center is excellent.So very nice and very knowledgable.She is very helpful and really knows her stuff.Yes, the store is very nice too.Enjoy!

Can I give this store negative reviews? Okay first they're always out of stuff. Second the staff is so rude literally mean. I had one interaction with this older lady that works in seafood I didn't know what kind of crab I needed and she yelled at me for not knowing, my boyfriend had to finish the interaction because of how mean she actually was to me. Then today I was at the self checkout and I forgot I had to go and get an item and "Beth" the self checkout lady could not be more annoyed that I had to go grab something. I didn't ask her to go grab it I just needed like 10 seconds to go and get something and come right back and she's all you between hurry I guess go run make it quick, literally so condescending. I'm a grown ass woman and she is talking to me like I'm her child. So disrespectful and have made me feel uncomfortable to even go back in there. I mean their loss I spend probably $1000 a month there but yeah avoid it if you can, people here suck and are mean. Seriously.

Feels a Bit DatedSome aspects of this store feel a bit dated, but overall it's a nice place to shop. They keep a lot of drinks refrigerated in a section to the far left of the front entrance. That's a nice little thing to have when you are in a hurry.

Great little supermarket chain up here in Denver area. Bought some local fare and will add more info and maybe pics. Reminds me of a Kroger. The prosciutto I bought to make croque madame for breakfast was excellent.The 80/20 hamburger we bought to make burgers for our 4th of July cookout was outstanding. Mixed with grated Vidalia onion and steak seasoning was one of best burgers I have ever made.

Yesterday I place a pick up order. Included in the order were 2 twelve packs of diet Mtn Dew and a twelve pack of diet Cherry Pepsi. The ad for yesterday had a buy-3 deal on Pepsi products. I picked up, and when I got home, I realized that I got the Mountain Dew, but not the Pepsi. And, they charged me full price for the Mountain Dew.I called the store to talk to their pick up department. The girl who answered the phone could not explain why the didn't either sub in another Mountain Dew, as I had the account set so they could substitute for anything...or adjust the price so I got the sale price on the two 12 packs. She said she had no idea why they hadn't done this. When I asked what I needed to do to get this fixed, she said I would need to print the receipt and take it and the soda into the in to the store so they could refund what I paid, then sell me 3 at the sale price.I am not going into stores in person yet, so I waited until my adult son was off work and asked him to do this for me. My sons took the soda in to the Customer Services desk...where they were told that there was nothing the Customer Service clerk could do to help solve the problem, as there was no manager on duty and the clerk can't issue refunds. It was 7 p.m. They told my sons to leave the soda and my name, telling them that as soon as the manager got in today, he would process the refund. The clerk added that if it wasn't done, I should call in the morning.My sons then went through the check out and purchased 3 12 packs of soda at the sale price, as the sale ended last night.This morning I checked both my Kroger account and my bank. No refund had been issued. I called, and the girl at Customer Service told me she hadn't seen any soda, and didn't know anything about this. She put a gentleman who said he was the manager on the line. I explained this to him, and he became aggressive. He kept demanding that I explain why his employees did the things they did. First he told me that the pick up service couldn't possibly substitute soda because they wouldn't know what the customer wanted, then he admitted that they could have just given me another diet Mtn Dew. After that, he told me that he didn't know why the customer service desk would tell me there was no manager on duty, as there is ALWAYS a manager on duty. (This is the second time they told me that, so either their managers are punching and and then leaving the store, they really don't have managers working, or they are lying to customers to avoid doing refunds or dealing with other problems.) The manager also told me that there is no way that they could issue a refund without my card and that he had no way of using my loyalty card number OR the receipt numbers to look up the orders to verify what I was saying. I finally stopped him, telling him that I have no idea why his employees do anything they do, and I wanted to deal with the issue at hand.He then began telling me that he didn't know what I expected him to do, and began demanding to know why I had returned products that I wanted. I again explained that his employees told my sons that they could NOT help them last night, so the option was to either keep soda I had overpaid for or trust them. He kept demanding to know what I expected him to do. He wanted me to go to the store and just get 2 twelve packs of soda and keep them...at full price. I pointed out that if I had been willing to pay full price, I would have kept them in the first place. He then offered to send me a gift card or said I would have to bring the card used for the purchase in .I told him that when my younger son got home from University today, I would have him bring the card in. I then asked him his name, and he said it wasn't important because there would always be a manager on duty and any of them could help me.My son got home around 1 today. He went into the store and the manager came to talk with him. He says he thinks the manager's name is Trevor...but remembered it started with a "t" and wasn't sure. The man who came up was exceedingly rude. He told my son he wasn't going to go searching for 2 twelve packs of soda and that he was actually supposed to be off the clock, so he wasn't dealing with this. After he flounced off, the Customer Service clerk, Emily C., went ahead and issued the refund. She is the only person at this King Soopers who seems to understand the concept of "Customer Service". Horrible manager. Employees who either don't know what store policy is or who are thrown under the bus by management. And, someone at this store is lying...either the clerks who claimed there was no manager working last night or the manager today. What this all looks like to me is that this store is PURPOSELY shorting orders when you try to purchase products that require you to purchase multiples to get the sale. They are then willing to act rude and crazy to avoid honoring the sale price.

king soopers employees are on strike, I looked uptheir earnings last year and they made enough to pay out over $7 billion to investors, yet they are cutting the employees benefits? That tells me a couple things about this company. 1. they are overly focused on profits at the expense of their employees who deliver the services to customers that keep the company in business. 2. they are charging me too much for products, gouging due to inflation. 3. management/leadership is no different than other greedy/callous corporations in their treatment of the people who are their assets.I support the people who make king soopers a store that I like to shop at, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, they remember me by name, always nice/respectful. This means that I will be shopping elsewhere until they resolve their differences and I hope the employees get a better deal.

I ALREADY hate going there but it's close to my house so I ran in for ONE THING. my coupon didn't come off, so I pointed it out to the person watching self check out. Tgey told me to go to customer service so I did. the poor olde woman said she'd been there some time as a girl was on her phone checking something. I asked the checker who had no one if he could call a manager and he was very nice. I was pointed to what I assume is a District manager and two store managers. I briefly told them some manager was needed in customer service and went back to stand in a line where there were now several people. What happened now is the reason I will no longer go to that hell hole: the woman manager GAVE ME ATTITUDE. told me " I'll open a check stand for your TWO DOLLARS." I was FLORRED. That poor woman is probably going to DIE in that line. Way to go KS. Your customer service is exactly what is wrong with ALL retail now. And those district managers?! Nowhere to be found.

I've been coming here for 4 years. The staff is AMAZING. They must be doing a great job in management, because many of the same people have worked here for years. The guy behind the meat counter is so nice, always recognizes me and asks how my family is doing. Christian the tall friendly young guy always says hello and is great. Same with many of the ladies at the checkout area, and one young guy in high school who's been there for years is the absolute nicest. Honestly just 10/10 I have a lot of good things to say about you all. Thank you for working the holidays, and getting to know your customers so nicely! My family loves it and we appreciate you all.

Sara in the Pharmacy is awesome. When you come in every month, you somewhat get to know the people working on the other side of the glass. Sara has always left me feeling a little bit better after my med pick-up than when I started.Today she checked on a discount card for me that proved to help our family out tons.
