King Soopers

This place is a joke for customer service. Waiting over 20 minutes to cash in a cash voucher because they have one person over here with a line of 5 people waiting. I guess the 5 employees just standing around the registers laughing and joking don't need to do their job. I should be able to take it to any register but all the cashiers refuse to help. Glad I'm moving away from this garbage location

I love this King Soopers location! Sure it's not one of the fancy ones with a sushi bar lol but the employees are great and I've never had an issue finding what I need!

Big StoreI come to this store every once in a while, when I am in the area. It's a very large store. I like that I can find almost anything I need. Parking is not an issue - there's a huge lot.Happy Shopping!!

Being an old store, I was surprised to see big interior with lots of updates. Yes, the front is definitely 70s but who cares when they have things you need.I also love the sign at the front that clearly states no dogs allowed except dogs that actually do something for disabled people. If you feel you must bring your furry dogs into the grocery store, you are not welcomed here. Leave your dogs at home, dont want my food contaminated with hair or dandruff.

I often see items on sale that ring up at full price at the register. This happens at least once every time I visit.

Nope, don't come here. The products are old and the staff is not paid enough to care. I was not allowed to purchase something from the deli that didn't have a barcode on it. It was a surreal and bizarre experience. Thankfully, Cafe 180 is on the other side of the parking lot if you are hungry.

Most products here suck ... gift cards to the veggies... sucks we have such few options for stuff If I could take the one star away I would ....

Horrible customer service from "Jay" on 6/18 I had to approach her to purchase cosmetics as it is all locked up. She literally looked at me like what do you want?! Instead of just doing her job as it is CUSTOMER SERVICE and simply saying, "Hi, how are you, how can I help you?", she stares stoned face waiting for you to say, "Hi, I need to purchase cosmetics, how do I do that?" She then looked to her coworker and said I can't leave he has to go do it because I can't leave this area. Not ever even directly looking or speaking to me. I wait to show the male coworker what I want but instead of walking with me to retrieve the lipgloss, he takes the time to walk over to another checker to chat with them. At first I thought he was needing assistance from them but as I watched and waited, it was just more gossip and laughing between the two. I wasn't going to just wait around for someone to chat it up so I decided to finish my shopping, skip the cosmetics and check out. He may have noticed because he caught up with me and said, "Did you still wanna get something from cosmetics?" I decided to get it at that point and led him to where it was locked up. He retrieved it and then said, "I have to take it up to check out I can't give it to you to check out yourself" so I laughed and said, "That's fine. Bring it to you scan, I'll check out there." Once I was ready to check out, I went back to you scan to find Jay gossiping and putting on a show for the security guard - talking so loudly about how, "so and so didn't start acting like this and that until she said something about her last name" while mimicking the way this person she was talking about walked. I had to wait for her show to end to then get her to notice that I was standing there, needing assistance. I had to say, "HI I NEED THE LIPGLOSS YOUR COWORKER GOT FROM COSMETICS TO PURCHASE?" She doesn't hand it to me or move away from her hang out spot with security - just said "oh it's right there" and pointed to the clerk station for me to retrieve it myself. A male coworker with a kings name tag jumped in front of me and grabbed the item before I could. He then walked over to my you scan and scanned it, AS IF I wasn't going to scan it and just put it into my bag in front of multiple employees?!? Like what?!? Big LOLI checked out, paid and as I'm leaving, Jay is still blabbing to the security guard. I looked both of them in the eye while rolling my cart by to exit. The security guard said, "Thank you, have a great night," I'm sure you can probably guess, she and the other coworker with king Soopers name tags said nothing. I don't even think the security guard is paid by Kings but he has enough common decency to be polite and courteous to customers. That's saying and showing something!! Kings do better!!! Do y'all even interview anymore?!? Do you care who portrays your business? Maybe check amongst your employees, send in a secret shopper or just do something to figure out which ones are working and which are just getting paid to chat and hang out on the clock. Will not come back here and don't advise anyone else to do so. They don't trust you to get your own cosmetics let alone scan them at the you scan. I'm surprised they didn't check my receipt on the way out! That's probably next. Will find a different grocery chain to shop from now on.

Moved to the area expecting similar meat and fish quality. Not even close. Leetsdale store in Glendale carries better quality and selection. Employee said this is a lower quality location. Bummed.

This store is a shit hole. They have nothing in stock that you need. Don't blame COVID either. All the other stores are doing fine. Staff has an I don't care attitude. Full basket of food and they expect you to self checkout. Then get treated like a criminal when you forget to check something out. Piss poor store
