Kroger grocery loyalist here. Yesterday while in the produce department, I asked Jesse if there were any pears in store(I've been craving pears this Season) he happily went to the back and came back out with a box of them. The answer is always "no" if you don't ask. Happily eating one of those pears now and feeling grateful for people who are willing to just do a little extra after a kind ask. Thanks Jesse! I will add everyone who works here seems happy to be working here. Union Strong!

We stopped here, while in town, for food for a New Year's Eve feast for six people. We found everything we needed, and more!The filet mignon we bought were tender and lean. They were great cooked medium rare on a grill. We also bought a couple pounds of king crab legs and salad fixings. For dessert a creamy French silk pie with fresh Strawberries.The check out line was fast, considering it was New Year's Eve. We are not from the area, but I would definitely consider them again next time I am in town.Price of items is not bad either and I am sure this good a surf-n-turf meal for six would cost hundreds of dollars in a restaurant.

We purchased $700 worth of Home Depot cards. When Home Depot went to redeem them one was not activated and the other he couldn't read the PIN number. The manager would do nothing to refund my money. We had to take pictures of cards and receipt and mail them in and it's been nearly a month. So we lost $300 dollars and King Soopers is useless in the face of their ineptitude-failure to activate one card, and inferior product- pin you can't read. In addition to that the receipt which we've kept in a drawer has faded so bad you can't even read it. Why would they not print these with better quality ink?

Sadly, I cannot give this place 5 stars and that is 100% due to the lack of customer service, lack of employee availability and the very rushed-dismissive checkout experience. Regarding the store- it was neat, clean, very well-stocked, the fresh food section was awesome.....but all that was overshadowed by the complete dismissive and lack of customer service. This was my first time at this location and it will be my last.

This is a nice Kings Sooper. It can be very busy and the parking lot a bit crazy, but the store can't be blamed for that. It is a large store with a nice selection. The service is typical--not great but not poor.

2-20-2025 I went to King Soopers Uintah to pick up prescription. (I got the text that it was ready) No line, stepped right up to counter, very nice lady to help me. Script was ready, we had a brief discussion about flu and shingles vaccines. I will be getting those on my next visit.Then went shopping, found everything on my list. Had to get some help locating one item, asked an employee putting up stock and he stepped down from lift snd was very happy to help, I thanked him and moved on. The produce and fruit was very fresh, very nice. Found everything I needed went to check out. The cashier was Belle, who has helped me on numerous visits. She is always very friendly and helpful. I had one item I couldn't get scanned for sales price, she took care of this. I read a lot of the other reviews and am surprised at how many are unhappy about odd things. If the stores really busy - guess what? Yes you might have a longer wait. Duh!If the stores really has a few people out, you might want to help sack your groceries! Wow you're kidding! I might have to help do that! Are you kidding me me! This isn't Disney land!You entitled masses, open your eyes and look around and step up to the plate!!We get it Karen's (and please let me apologize to the real Karen's who are aware of what's going on!) Not the ones who want to be smuggly waited on like they are entitled to special everything!! (I know your glass is half empty!)Anyway Great store, great products and selection and great employees!! Take a second and tell them Thank you for the great job you're doing!!!Well, that's my opinion and of course you can have yours as well. Try smiling a little, be nice and brighten up someone's day!

Deep dissatisfaction with the service I recently received at your pharmacy. I had a very troubling experience when attempting to have my prescription filled, and I believe it is important to bring this matter to your attention.I was shocked to find that your staff challenged its validity without proper justification. Not only did the staff member act dismissively, but they also provided inaccurate and conflicting information, which caused significant confusion and unnecessary delays. I was left feeling disrespected and frustrated, especially given that the prescription was clearly issued by a licensed medical professional.Additionally, the tone and manner in which I was treated were unprofessional and discourteous. I was subjected to rude remarks, and I was told things that were simply not true, which only further contributed to my sense of distress.As a customer, I expect to receive professional and respectful service, and it is disheartening to encounter this level of poor customer care.

Very rude and disrespectful people. From the cashiers to the management. I've seen cashiers rude to others as well. One was rude to my wife at self checkout because she had to come over twice to correct their flawed system . She was already red in the face mad before getting to us due to everyone else calling her over to fix the flawed system they were on. The cashier acted as though it was our fault and yelled at us , I can't be everywhere at once she said. Not only do we have to either purchase their bags or bring our own, but we also have to bag those groceries because there is one actual cashier working. Also, look at the over pricing we pay, Now we get disrespected and yelled at while we are doing the job we pay them for. managment defended this behavior as well. Im not sorry but I'll shop elsewhere from now on.

This store used to be so great but you can't really use it without waiting about 20-30 minutes to checkout now. Especially in the morning. If you're a local worker, trying to grab donuts before work or a quick lunch is no longer an option there. They don't open more than 3 self checks for the total checkout in the morning. I would have to wait behind 22 people with carts full of groceries to purchase 4 small donuts. So many people began leaving their carts and walking out, expressing growing frustration with this store. The manager of this store should resign. They claim it's a labor issue but they aren't even interviewing some of their great applicants. This store has absorbed the apathy and laziness that is continually taking over this once happy part of town. I can't imagine managing or owning a store and caring as little as they do about it.
