There's a creepy old man who works by the bakery section. Staff, if you're going to engage with customers, PLEASE DON'T approach us from behind. That's scary. Other than that it's a grocery store. Food, service, and ambiance is average.

Sailo is amazing at the sushi station, and I love the fact that they hire many people with special needs. The store is always stocked and organized. It's my favorite grocery store.

Shopping here is fast and convenient. The store is usually fully stocked with all the things I'm looking for and the employees are friendly and ready to serve. The store is relatively clean and checkout, both by a cashier or self is quick and effortless. Good service all around.

Setup a pick up. My order was delayed 3 hours and they only had half of my order. When they packed my order they put my raw meats in with my vegetables. Very disappointing as I want to support grocery stores as apposed to Wal-Mart. I don't recommend there pickup service. The Employees were working extremely hard and trying there best to service the customers. I blame management and expectations of the store. They need a more thought out supply chain from picking to final delivery to the customer pickup. What they have going right now is a joke.

I love this King Soopers! After moving away recently, I am just now realizing what a gem the store is - friendly clerks, and friendly patrons - and for a smaller store they carry most items we ever needed. Special shout out to the Starbucks employees within the store! They make a mean strawberry açaí refresher.

Worst shopping experiences here almost every time. Some employees have no idea what is going on nor how to do there job. I wish I could get my groceries and leave not here! Don't recommend this location go to safewAy!

There are now 12 self serve checkout registers, all with multiple cameras. Twice within the last several weeks my checkout process was stopped and the cashier had to come over, replay the tape, then allow me to continue checking out. Once was due to me putting a purchased prescription in the bag, and another time for who knows what. In addition to that, a locking gate has been installed on the way into the store and there are typically not enough cashiers to handle the customers, so you're driven to the self checkout.As Warren Buffet says, companies need to "delight" their customers. I am no longer delighted. Kroger has ruined King Soopers. I now avoid Kroger as much as possible, which is a bummer because I've shopped this store for a long time.Thank goodness the Kroger / Safeway merger was not approved!

This king soopers location keeps an unbelievable amount of expired goods on its shelves.In some cases we have ended up with products that are 3 months old. Molded goods. Just down right gross and irresponsibleIt's on the consumer to check expiration dates, I'll own that, but my goodness to have to check Every. Single. Product. Is crazy. Management, please do better. I have zero trust in inventory management in this location and we have been going here for years.

Meat department has stickers on the reduced meat stating 50% off yet the math is less than this amount. When I asked the head clerk and the store manager I heard the same response. " we received these pre marked stickers but scan the meat so the 50% does not apply". I was called an "entitled individual" by Cisco who is nothing more than a clerk. Corporate cs had no response other than a $20 credit. I will be filing with the appropriate government offices. "Bait and switch". Maybe. False advertising ? Yes. Taking advantage of those who assume it's a savings Most definitely. By the way my profit to Kings on the less than 50% off would have been $7.00. Multiply this by the sales and it shows a huge money maker for the corporate giantUpdate 12/18Called customer service again. Jamaica is where customer service is located.
