Tried to get food at 7:30 but he was sold out. Went back the next day, got in-line and was able to order. Pork vindalo.He works by himself so service is a little slow, but the quality of the food makes up for it all.Superb. Fantastic. Next time I'm in town, I know where supper will be.

This is the best dinner in Salida. I can't believe this business is not on Yelp. People need to know about this food. I usually make my own dinner when I'm in town because the options for delicious, healthy, fresh, high-quality, decently priced dinners are slim. But King Kaeng to the rescue. He only makes two dishes a night, which vary, along with rice and naan. But that's all you need. It's fresh, delicious, beautiful. You can find the Menu posted on his Facebook page.
