I've personally been seeing Heather for my hair care for over a decade! She's taken my hair along the spectrum of color, styled my hair from everyday glory to glam for big events. From the moment I walk in no matter the appointment, she greets me with a smile and refreshment, the music is playing upbeat jams and we are ready for transformation! During a particular tough season of stress induced hair loss, she styled my hair beautifully to help build my confidence around my trouble spots- while researching a hair treatment that would help stimulate follicle growth. She's always prompt, professional, and kind. She's thorough in color application, cut and style. The part I look forward to almost as much as my big reveal after my chair... the scalp massage at the wash basin! Oh my goodness her scalp massage sends my probs down the drain! But the real reason I'm here... the highlight of our decade of do's... the first haircut my son had. Heather made sure he was ready by talking him through the steps and allowing him to touch the different tools she'd use to keep him cool as a cucumber. He LOVED his first haircut and the opportunity to donate his luscious locks made us all smile HUGE! Her patience and expertise are apparent in her daily interactions with adults... but they SHINED when she helped our kid! I'm happy to say I found this great stylist and I'll continue to happily refer friends and family to her.

They should expand their clientele by hiring POC's or bringing in professionals who know how to do different textured hair. It's nice space with good stylists but their demographic is lacking. I feel they only cater to a certain type of clientele but as they should-whoever owns the business space. Just don't go there if you are a level 3B and higher, they wouldn't know what to do.

By far the happiest I've been leaving a salon in COLORADO!!!!!!! Erika took care of my hair and concerns more then any stylists has tired to in Colorado and the past 5 years that I've lived here!!!! I'll be back in 6 weeks for maintenance!!

As always the service' Provided by Amada B. are INCREDIBLE!! I have been going to Amanda for the past few years and I could not even imagine taking my hair elsewhere. It's such an amazing feeling to know that I can fully trust my stylist to be honest and open with me about my hair. I have been from bleach blond to black over the years and I WISH I could have started out my hair endeavors with Amanda! On top of her knowledge, and realism, she is a blast to hang out with while getting any service done -- even a full face wax! Just had my first one todaEek! She is amazing at what she does, and her passion comes through with each encounter! She can also be brutally honest about the limits of a hair dresser vs what you see in the media. Which is a "breath of fresh air" compared to those who say they can "do anything" and you end up with a blotchy color and hair that feels like string.So if you'd like to know what you can Actually Do with your hair, and how amazing it can be, you should totally call Amanda!!

I haven't been this happy with my hair in a very long time! Jessica (Jessie) is amazing and definitely listened to what I have been through with my hair and where I would like to go. She did an amazing job and even did a paraffin treatment on my hands. She is very detail oriented and creative! I would highly recommend her and the Kinfolk Salon!

I am so excited! I have been searching for stylist to give me my dream haircut. They get close but seem to be a little off, some go way off course. So my hair was at a transition where I thought it was ready. So I asked Wendy about my style. She told me my hair was ready. Now I had heard other stylist utter these words but to no avail. A new day has arrived. Wendy gave me the haircut and made it even better. I am so excited! I am just giggling inside! I love, love, love it! No one else is cutting my hair for a very long time. Thank you Wendy you are so wonderful!

My first appointment, my stylist was 20 minutes late. My second appointment was set for 10:30 am on a Thursday, a half hour later my appointment was changed to 10:00 am. At 9 am on Thursday morning, my stylist canceled and rescheduled for Saturday at 11:30 am. I arrived on Saturday at 11:20, my stylist was not there. I sat and waited until 12:45 pm, my stylist never showed up, did not answer my phone calls or texts. Another stylist even offered to give me a ride home so I didn't have to wait for my husband, who was still 20 min. away. Terrible experience! My time is valuable and the only response I got from the stylist was 1 hour and 15 minutes after my appointment time saying "sorry, I missed your appointment. "

Mickey does my hair. She is a really great hair stylist! She is also really down to earth, and super nice! The salon itself is really nice!

The image I brought in reflects the desired outcome, a harmonious blend of colors with a natural transition. I had balayage before and it was beautiful but too light. The second image shows the result of my visit to your salon, which did not meet the expectation. The third image demonstrates the corrective work that the stylist attempted to and fix the color. Now, I just think it's best to get it to an even color. Since it is not even close to the photo or even salon professional. I asked to go all dark so at least it would be even, and was told I'm picky. I am leaving a review out to express my disappointment with the service provided. The corrective process will not only will now incur additional time and expense to get it fixed, but also now causing me undue stress and damage to hair.Hair by Heather B

First, Heather forgot about my color appointment completely. Then when I came in, she seemed put out and annoyed, rather than kind and apologetic. I had communicated the color I wanted for weeks, and again the day I came in: A warm, rich, chocolatey brown with caramel balayage. I ended up with flat black, goth hair that completely washes me out. I kindly reached out to her the following week to ask if we can try to get it closer to the numerous pics I showed her, she was annoyed and had terrible communication. I finally gave up and am stuck with hair that I'm embarrassed to go out in public with. I dropped over $200 for hair color that looks like it came from a box. Devastating.
