Keystone Snack Shack

My daughter really wanted ice cream (in the dead of winter). The place was busy, but not because of customers but because of contractors. Come to find out they were closed because of a water leak. So we asked the owner if he knew where another ice cream place was, he said all you want is ice cream, "I can do that" and gave us an ice cream cone for free.

Go to this place every year and happy to see the new team running it. Very nice people who are happy to see the customers! As always delicious treats and old school candy!

I'll be back soon ??????? Waited 10+ minutes. Ended up leaving. Night before they closed early. Not cool. Loss of business

What I got was good but the dimwit behind the counter wrapped my caramel apple in tinfoil with no wax paper so the caramel apple was ruined

Came in on a (cold) January day for fro-yo in early afternoon. Not surprisingly, not busy. We got 2 cups - vanilla and the other was caramel pretzel. 4 flavors to choose from. Nice assortment of candies and toppings. Price was ok. Kind of high but you're in a ski resort so that was not unusual. Lots of other candies - especially Jelly Belly's. An assortment of "fancy" chocolates looked good. Didn't get any.We'd go back. :-)

The prices on a quick bite to eat weren't bad, however, the employees were very rude. Once we purchased our ice cream the employee very rudely told the kids to " get out of the shop" to eat their ice cream. We understand COVID restrictions but have some manners.

Came here for lunch because the other restaurants I like to go to were packed. I was the only customer at the time. Bratwurst was pretty good, I also got a piece of Mint Bark. Reasonably priced. However, their cash register doesn't appear to make receipts for the customer. The person behind the counter offered to handwrite one, but I knew it would not be exactly what I wanted. So the person behind the counter willingly read off the line items on their detail tape. The person behind the counter was so nice about it. (Yeah, I'm rather picky about my receipts because I keep very detailed records.)The person behind the counter thought that they only charged the sales tax, but not the resort fee. Well, when I got home and "did the math backwards," I discovered.... YES THEY DO charge the 6.4% resort fee. They just lump it all with the "tax." This is inside the resort, so no place to bring your RV, unless you parked your RV in the Montezuma parking lot.....

I love the chili dogs!! awesome with yogurt desert. hard to beat. Great friendly service could not have been nicer. Highly recommend right before you get on the gondola or after.

Great candy, service and desserts! I stocked up for my airplane ride after eating through my first purchase!!
