Keva Juice Smoothies

Today 1/25/24 Thursday at 12pm I came in, the woman working there was all by herself and doing an amazing job. A long line, and online orders coming in, and someone who decided not to come in. She was patient, still greeted everyone who came into the door, and had to do all the washing off blenders, taking orders, making orders, stocking cups.... EVERYTHING. I just watched her zoom through costumes, high level multi tasking, still providing great costumers service, and even apologizing for wait times even though she had to be a speed racer holding everything down on her own spread completely thin. She literally deserves a massive raise but has no name tag for me shout her out BUT This place gets a five star just for having this great employee! If it wasn't for her and the impressive way she handled the non stop rush, I can only imagine everything that could have gone wrongThe location was clean, the seating area was clean and the juice making area was clean. Impressive for someone moving as fast as she was. She didn't even mess anything up on my order.I got the green hulk, with an energy boost. It was delicious. A non dairy smoothie with PB spinach and blueberries. It was tasty. The large was massive and worth the price. This should keep me full all day. The taste and consistency were perfectI would definitely come here again, but I do think that a cash tip jar would be great for this location. I wanted to give a cash tip but she was so busy it would've been weird. I did tip on the app and truly hope those electronic tips fully go to whoever rings you up here because this lady from today deserves every pennyThe other great thing about this place is between three smoothie locations that I was looking at this location had the most nondairy options that didn't have to get customized to be nondairy... so I found that to be great

Came to this place on a Saturday morning. The smoothies are hand crafted so you have to have a little patience but nothing crazy, and it's totally worth it! Jamie was so kind and welcoming! One of the best smoothie places I've been too.

This place is way overpriced for what you get. Quench is roughly the same price for more than double the sizes here. It was just under $20 for a smoothie and açaí bowl. Customer service was good. This place is not worth it.

I placed a pickup order and was very disappointed. I never received a text or message that my order was completed, and I sent one of my staff over to pick up after almost an hour had passed. When he brought back our order, I noticed my Paradise bowl did have the strawberry and peach that I paid extra for, but none of the regular toppings that come with it (no banana, no coconut.) I went back and brought my bowl and explained what had happened, and the two cashiers were extremely rude and unfriendly. They immediately and loudly interrupted me saying "No, when you customize an order, it takes off the regular ingredients. You got what you paid for." No offer of a replacement, no apology or anything. I asked if they could just give me a little coconut or banana as I didn't see anywhere online mentioning that adding items would remove the original ingredients??? I asked why I was charged extra for the other toppings or where online it would have indicated that policy and they shrugged and said they didn't know. I'd like to know if this is the policy for Keva Juice as I will not be returning if this is the standard for ordering and the standard for customer service. Both associates were completely unprofessional and uninterested in helping me.

Love me some keva. But night crew is definitely not having it. Super short and very uninviting. I hope those employees have a better day.

Great juices, smoothies. Love the smoothie bowl with almond butter and Kale! Juices are very affordable for a juice bar. Sunrise is a great energetic one

Just... not worth any money. I got one of the yogurt smoothies and it was mostly ice. They're much too expensive to be a drink, but not substantial enough to be a meal. Needs peanut butter or yogurt or some protein source besides powder.Other than that, the breakfast burritos we got all had cold spots and one was still frozen. As far as taste goes though, the burritos were good for microwave burritos, and the ingredients weren't terrible. I can't say the same for the taste of the smoothies. Really rather bland... tasted like apple juice with raspberry seeds.

Two time I have been here and ordered a 12oz smoothie, and been charged for and made a 24oz. On three separate occasions, I have seen them put a single item in a plastic bag, once was for a pretzel I ordered. Extremely wasteful and not at all eco conscious. Smoothies are good but will not be returning.

In a business so many things are taken into account but all I want is quality product. This place doesn't produce a product worth the expensive price or your time. I have purchased the bowls a couple times and I'm convinced they will skimp on your ingredients jus so you can ask for extra so they can overcharge for a small amount of whatever. Not sure about this chain as a whole but the store on south Nevada in Colorado Springs does not do the chain any good.

A little upset... I get an açai bowl at least once a week from this place. This isn't even halfway full super disappointed waste of money for sure. This was a Uber Eats order and the lady said they were taking very long as well
