Went in to get my backlights replaced on a TV that was given to me. Very nice LG HD tv. 1080 maybe 4K? $85 to see what the problem was then that 85 went towards the repair cost. Totaling $327.86. The guy I got the tv from said he paid $900 for it. I think that's a steal! Great job would definitely recommend!

I can't say enough great things about this business. Andre, the owner is awesome. I collect old 1950s television sets. I had looked all over the state for someone who could work on them/restore them. Had a few bozos say they could, and then just gave me the runaround. Andre is the magic man. He can fix anything. I have taken 2 old sets to him now - a 2 hour drive for me, and he has had them both fixed within a 7 day period. They are perfect! His pricing is totally fair, his customer service is fantastic, and he is great at what he does. I highly recommend Kelly's tv repair, and will continue to support his business. Thanks Andre!

I called and a human answered. They had availability to pick up the next day. My 65" Samsung had about 1/4 of the screen completely black. Andre ordered parts, after consulting with me, and fixed it the next day. He delivered the repaired tv that night. The whole thing took less than 4 days. He is a real professional. He explained to me that the repair guy Samsung had sent over was hard on the tv and I was lucky he didn't break it further. Then he showed me which settings to select to lengthen the life of the screen. I would definitely use Andre again.

I appreciate the timeliness and thoroughness of the service I received from Kelly's TV Repair. I had gotten my wires crossed on my TV system and couldn't get any audio and was also having issues with my computer. Andre initially gave me a time-frame of just a couple of days, but then had an opening the day after I called. He came and completed my work efficiently and professionally. He also located miscellaneous wires that the previous installer had just left plugged into NOTHING. Great work, bottom line.

I brought my 55" tv in for repair after we had a bad storm and my tv suffered a short. I highly recommend this place to do complex repairs and help bring your electronics back to life. The staff is extremely helpful and willing to go the extra distance to provide A+++ Service!!! I actually showed up to pick my TV up as they were locking up the door, and the beautiful woman still let me complete our transaction to get my TV back to me! Just awesome care and customer service!!!! I will difinantly recommend family and friends to Kelly's.

So, I just got my 50inch television back from Kelly's TV Repair. I LOVED THE SERVICE! The staff is very kind and friendly. I took my TV on Wednesday and got it back before the weekend!!! I am so happy with the whole experience, Its Friday and I have a TV to watch again! Thanks Kelly's!!! Recommending to everyone that asks or needs their TV repaired in the Colorado Springs Area. If you are military, its worth it to take the TV to the shop yourself, and you save money by doing so!

The owner was bright and friendly, and clearly attempted to rip me off! I am a single woman with 3 older sons who saved me. My TV stopped responding to the remote mid-show. I immed. replaced the batteries in the remote, with no change. I unplugged everything and plugged it all back in with no change. The TV would turn on only to one channel, but would not respond to the Volume, Channel Change or On/Off Button. I dropped the widescreen, recent model flat TV off to Kellys and explained the symtoms and what I had tried. Andre told me he would take care of it. He charges $85 for the diagnosis and extra for parts needed. Okay. That sounded reasonable. I got a call from him the next day, telling me that the TV needed 2 parts that would need to be ordered for a total of two hundred and some dollars. As he was saying this, I got the feeling of the commercial where the car mechanic tells the woman that her "flux capacitor" needs replacing.I called my youngest son and he responded, "Mom, that just doesn't sound right! It doesn't make sense with the symptoms that you told me. If that part wasn't working, you wouldn't be able to turn the tv on. The remote just needs to be reprogrammed every 5-6 months." He talked to Andre who gave him a bunch of double-talk as to why those parts were bad. My kid told Andre he would pick up the tv immediately, which he did. He was charged $85 for a false diagnosis. He tried to give Andre a graceful "out", but Andre didn't take it. He stuck to his "flux capacitor" story and my kid brought my tv home.Andre had simply reprogrammed the remote (which is what my son said it needed) and now every other part of the tv was working fine. And has continued to be working with that simply remote programming.This shop should be put out of business. I would NEVER recommend someone who has the complete lack of integrity to smile at my face and knowing stab me in the back! Zero stars!!

Customer service to a whole new level!!We live full-time in our RV and were traveling through the area when our Yamaha receiver went out. I dropped off the receiver for diagnostics and unfortunately some of the parts had to be shipped from China, so it took a while. However, Andre was on the ball! He either answered the phone every time I called, or called me right back. He was also always willing to educate me on the issue, provide me with status updates, reach out to his vendor when shipping was delayed, etc.Also, when the work was completed, he even packaged it up so well that I could have thrown it down a few flights of stairs and it would have been unfazed! Not to mention that he even sent me videos of everything working before he asked for payment.I highly recommend doing business with these guys! It's nice to know small businesses like this are around!
