I'm not sure if this picture will really display out massively wide that fried roll is. It's really unmanageable.

We went there for my birthday. Mind you I have been to many teppan grills. The food wasn't bad but our cook was the most boring and must have been in a bad mood because even though o tried to get him to interact with everyone at the grill table he wouldn't interact at all. As I said I've been to many of these types of restaurants he didn't do any of the fun tricks you normally see him fact he didn't even say a word the entire time. I tried to get him to do the sake squirts around the grill but he never even did that. It says it's a full bar but I had to change my drink three times because they didn't have the alcohol for the drinks I asked for. All in all I was very disappointed and was looking for a much better experience.

Authentic Japanese sushi in Colorado Springs. We ordered the Jun Special sushi, which featured 3 tuna, 2 yellowtail, 1 salmon, 1 salmon roe, 1 squid, 1 shrimp, and a large California roll (with flying fish roe on top). We also got Sushi Combo B which included 2 tuna, 2 yellowtail, 1 salmon, 1 white tuna, 1 squid, 1 shrimp, and 1 tuna roll. The quality and taste of the fish were excellent; it was very authentic in terms of its simplicity, proper seasoning and shape of the rice, and overall presentation. The staff were friendly and attentive. Pricing was reasonable, especially for the quality of the sushi combinations. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for authentic sushi in Colorado Springs.

Was in town visiting, and saw the restaurant on Yelp. A few not great reviews by folks who seemed unable to move past a single issue but thought one star was reasonable. Let me tell you, ignore these folks. The restaurant has four different dining areas. A typical sushi bar, teppan hibachi tables for grilled group dining (think Benihana without the theater), low tables (which have a cut out beneath so you get the Japanese experience without having to contort yourself uncomfortably and regular tables.I ordered a beef eggroll, teriyaki and tempura combo with three rolls of nigiri (which i ate before taking a picture, sorry). Everything was perfectly prepared, the salads were tangy, the tempura batter light and beef savory. The egg roll came split in half so I was confused for a second but it was tasty and very crunchy.I can be a sushi snob, but the three pieces of Nigiri were bright, fresh and beautiful. I almost regret not just making a meal at the sushi bar.The store was very busy, as an even better testament to the quality and the service very attentive. Ignore the one star Karens and plan a visit soon.

The best Sushi in Colorado Springs! It's a little pricey but worth it! The Centennial location is so nice and clean. It's always a treat for me to eat there.

The food was great overall, not salty but the fried rice needed more flavor. My steak and scallops were perfectly grilled on the hibachi.. As far as my vegetables.. Portions were amazing. The service is great. The servers were a little slow getting with us at times.. But that's OK. I'm just glad they have employees. They must be shortstaffed because they have a help wanted sign on the door. cocktails for a little on the high side. Sake was decent (hot). we did try an egg roll as well. I can't remember the name of it but it was deep fried salmon. I didn't care for it. The bill was $115 for two entrées, one large sake and one sushi roll. Still pricey, but plentiful for leftovers.I will definitely return. They have a lot of regulars from what I saw, and was told by the chef.

Great little neighborhood sushi spot. Once sitting at sushi bar was immediately offered drinks and the sushi specials from the sushi chef and server. Had the Toro special that was delicious! Owner was walking around making sure everyone was enjoying the evening.

I tried their teriyaki salmon Bento box and I was really blown away. The teriyaki salmon was crisp on the outside and just lightly sweetened. The tempura vegetables were amazing.. and the waitress was so kind!

This place is amazing. I drive down fromDenver all the time. Don't listen to the bad reviews they wouldn't know good sushi if it fell from the sky. I've had sushi from LA to NYC and Jun's Aburi Toro along with their Sashimi specials is incredible. Wonderful service. Beautiful atmosphere especially for Colorado Springs. This is a top tier restaurant
